"This dedicated app enables you to manage various settings
on your watch from your smartphone without operating the watch."

You can use it as data logger for the stop watch or lap timer so you can then see all the data on your phone at the end.

The most useful bluetooth function I think is the time setting, when the watch is paired to your phone it will correct it's time, up to 4 times a day automatically so it will always be correct to the second. Also has world time so anywhere you go, it will have the correct time that will either set itself (through the phone) or will be easily adjusted.

Buy a 2nd hand Apple Watch or Mi Band 4 (android).
Surely the most useful Bluetooth function is:

Phone Finder
When you can't find your phone, simply push a button on your watch to sound an alert on your phone.

This isn't supposed to be a smart watch, just a good watch with some good features.
Received mine today. Will have to read & digest the instructions, although I will be only using to keep the time in sync & may on odd occasion to find the phone.
But first I need to get the strap adjusted as it is too big for me.
Does anyone know how to remove the extra links?

You can buy a cheap tool that pushes the pins out of the links, take out as many as you need and then put the pin back in. There are shims that fall out so just be careful if you do it yourself.

If you don't fancy it, a local timpson or jewellers will do it for a price.

I can't see see the pins at either ends, but can see the arrows. Looks like the pins actuator may be in the inner side but not at the ends.
I think I will end up going to Timpsons to be on the safe side.
