What stands out in this watch:

  • Watch connects to your phone via Bluetooth connection for various connected features.
  • Utilising any source of light, this is a solar powered watch – A smart watch that does not need to charge or change the battery.
  • Connects via the free Casio+ app available on iOS and Android 6.0 and higher.
  • The phone finder feature ensures that if you misplace your connected phone, you push a button on the watch to sound an alarm on the phone.
  • Continuous automatic time adjustment means while

the Bluetooth connection is established with the phone, the watch can

set itself to the correct time wherever you go.

More key features:

I don't get it: how can you have a traditional analogue watch where the hands don't overlap multiple times every day - once an hour even?

If the hands over lap at 5 mins it's 5 past 1. If at 25 mins it's 25 past 5 etc.

The black and red one is £177 after discount, they look great although may look a little big on my wrist
If there's one thing I'd expect from a £200 phone it's to keep the time accurately. Shouldn't needed BT to assist with that. The BT functions sound completely pointless.
Now, this is a nice watch but can someone explain the benefit of Bluetooth in a watch?
There are videos on YouTube explaining what it can do, think it's alot of watch for the money, tough solar too, so no battery required. Like I said just the size puts me off

Usually Edifice are complex to set up, therefore Bluetooth assists a simpler setup process, also it has the option to set the time of the city you are in and the option to set up find my phone which is handy for me! Of course BT helps to ensure time accuracy too. Here are some videos of similar Edifices (year older 2016 edition) if you want to find out more.

The hour hand is too short, making hard to read correct time; you need to wear it to see what I mean...and it is really annoying. Never had such a problem with Seiko watches.

I have a non BT edifice watch, it's years old and keeps perfect time.

If I've lost my phone I've probably lost my watch as well - in fact I'd prefer a "find my watch" function.

If anything it puts me off. To this day I still prefer a quality automatic and - since I'm not sailing by the stars - being a few seconds out occasionally is basically unimportant when compared to the joy of marvelling at the genius that makes it work.

Nice watch all the same.

If I’m not mistaken the two links you posted are for the same watch...(annoyed)
I have the 510D 1AER which was a tad more money than this one but very similar. Worn it almost every day, bumped it, travelled with it on etc. Its a tough cookie, hasnt marked at all despite being shiny! I love the fact its solar power and it keeps time very well. World time clock face adjusts to the country you visit, when you connect BT to the app. I like the big open face on it although I agree it has relatively poor lumi and could have done with a back light. Probably won’t buy another watch for a long while.

Sorry, they are different watches but for some reason each time I try to upload post it duplicates, its only the last digit, first watch ends 9, second 4. prices are £99, £129.

I used the word "Similar" purposely as they have likenesses, the style is "Edifice Chronograph" which they all are. Anyway I think they have all sold so somebody thought they were worth purchasing.
