40 Frames Per Second Burst Mode
Capture moments with precision you never thought possible. The High Speed EXILIM EX-FH20 can shoot at an incredible 40 frames per second. In burst mode, users can choose how many still images they would like to take per second, between 1 and 40 frames.

High-Speed Movie Recording Up To 1000 Frames Per Second
As mentioned above, the EXILIM EX-FH20 can record high-speed movie footage of motion too fast for the human eye, for ultraslow-motion playback. Users can select a recording speed of 200 fps, 500 fps or 1000 fps. There is also a Movie Button that lets users quickly start movie recording without first switching from still image mode.

Prerecord Still Images
Record images not just at the instant you press the shutter button, but before! Continuously recording at up to 40 images per second, a maximum of 40 images can be saved in the camera’s own buffer memory even before the shutter button is depressed. Even if you press the shutter a little late, you will still be able to catch that vital moment.

Flash Continuous Shooting It is possible while using flash to take up to 10 continuous shots at a speed of up to 5 frames per second, so even in low light, no more missed shots. Also, the internal LED light allows high-speed burst shooting at between 10 and 40 frames per second.

High-Definition Movies
This camera features high-definition movie recording capability. Record stunning movies at a screen size of 1280 x 720 pixels, at a rate of 30 frames per second.

DSLR is much better and cheaper.

DSLR is much better and cheaper.

Absolute tosh!

In single frame image quality you can get a DSLR that will do much better than this, but by any other metric this is better.

What DSLR under £299 has all of this???
20x Zoom
40 fps @ 7mpx
HD Video
1000 fps

It doesn't make sense to buy this camera unless you will use some of its unique capabilities, but if you will then you have no alternative.

For regular photography a Lumix FZ28 would save you £100 and give better images, or spend a little more for a DSLR.

I got this for £189.99 just 3 weeks ago from Jessops on instore pickup!

(Well I really ended up clicking on the deal, getting the cam, a case, 8 batteries and charger, fast 8gb sandisk ultra sd card and 3 yr accidental damage cover for £257 - £7 quidco = £250) So this is cold sorry, just a NORMAL price...

Here it is... Sorry, its a good cam - I have posted some pics in the last part oif the post... but I would not have paid this price.
