My students used it for a level maths and their engineering degree. You can solve polynomial equations, matrices and so on.

Ok thanks a lot. Been looking for one and didn’t know which one is the right since there are such a ridiculous number of them and so many variations!
arrgh, just bought one for my daughter at gbp21.00
It does solve polynomial equations, complex numbers, normal stats like standard deviation, matrices, vectors, integals etc. If u want higher Linear algebra etc, the casio graphs are generally good. Still a good little calculator

Is this overly complicated for somone starting 1st year high school? Just opened the one I got and damn there's a lot of functions. When it days gcses are they talking then end of high school rather than now?

Not sure this is the right one for high school. My daughter has just finished her GCSEs and she had a Casio FX 85 GT Plus (GTX now).

I’ve just left college and this calculator came in very handy for chemistry especially!

Who said they were £5? They weren't and they are the best fakes I've ever seen, or legit which is more likely
