G-shock, some on offer at Argos.
I really want one but I cant kill my 1st G-shock, probably near 11 years old now, due an upgrade though.

That first G Shock in your pics is available much cheaper on Amazon (fulfilled by Amazon too)
amazon.co.uk/Cas…8-2

I've had my eye on a few for a while now - but I'm a bit of a G-Shock extrovert, bolder colours and styles rather than just plain black.

I think this is the one in your main post - amazon.co.uk/Cas…1-1

the third one is a GWM5600-1, at £57 its a pretty good price. solar power and 5 band radio control as well. shame there's no stock at any argos close to me, its around £70 elsewhere online.

why COLD - if cheaper or if you can get a higher spec model for same/less please tell me!!

I picked this one up last Thursday from the London Victoria branch – only one that had stock. Had been looking at the watch previously on Amazon but had an Argos voucher I needed to use so with the price drop went for it.

A bit disappointed though – I know it's supposed to be 'retro' but it kind of looks more like a £10 watch than the chunky G-Shocks I normally go for. Worth the money I suppose though for the Solar/Waveceptor capabilites.

i was looking at this watch a couple years back when it was released and it was designed after the original g shock watch design, which is very retro. which does make it look a bit cheap now compared to how big the g shock family has now grown to!

Hadouken!

No, thats the GW-500U. Got one over 5 years ago for about 120 and its still going strong. Very good watches, but people always say "Its still got Casio written on it".
People just negging cos they dont know how good and sturdy g-shocks actually are IMO.
