Care to back that up any? I've bought from them a few times and had no problems at all.

3117 negatives in 12 months is appalling regardless of how many sales they have made . If you read them the customer service is non existant in many cases leaving you high & dry .

I've bought from them on several occassions...never had a problem at all....quick delivery every time.

Agreed about the customer service i bought a watch at Christmas for my son and it arrived with all the box smashed in, it was a Gshock watch with a 12 month warranty, i contacted Argos from ebay and never received a email or call back regarding the issue i ended up having to give the watch to my son and apologise for the shoddy box.

The watch appears to be cheap but Christ help you if there's something wrong and you need to return it, the customer service is non existent and it ended with me leaving bad feed back. BE WARNED.

At that price though ive bought one i will just use paypal to resolve the issue if there's issues. Does anyone know the model number.

Rubbish. Read the negatives. "The usual suspects" if you ask me. Serial complainers. Most of the people who - lets face it, were buying bin-ends, and had a problem - got their money back without any difficulty.

As for the guy buying his wife's birthday present from Argos' eBay outlet - you get whatever you deserve pal.

I've no doubt that people have had poor experiences with argos ebay, but 11 months after buying a panasonic camera from them, it became faulty.

Called them up, sent it back and had a full refund in my bank account a few days later.

Not too shabby.

So im a serial complainer then, Rubbish you my friend have no clue what your talking about my watch came with all the box smashed with marks all over it i have 100% good feedback on ebay and have only had cause to complain about one other item. So you think that over 3000 negative feedbacks are all from serial complainers and that its alright for them as most got there money back, i never even got a email back to offer me the option of a return let alone a refund.

You shouldn't make any comments if they are useless inflammatory comment that are bound to cause arguments.

People who buy from an outlet and then have complaints about packaging need a reality check. And I refuse to believe you couldn't have got a refund if you'd wanted it. I notice you gave it to him anyway. And I notice you are still willing to buy from them again with Paypal as your friend. It speaks volumes...

You my friend are a really looking to start a argument no wonder your a noob that's why you say stupid **** where in my comment did I say that I had contacted paypal about a refund for my sons watch? I didn't I just clicked contact seller from eBay if I where you I would read and fully understand comments before coming back with stupid comments as all you do is make yourself look stupid, no doubt your a 16 year old with a keyboard.

First time experience with these guys is not good at all. Ordered an item from them, quantity 3, none arrived which is unusual, one was supposed to give it as a present to a kid. They post items seperately if you purchase quantities, they state express delivery and it's R.M delivery and they attach a clickable tracking number to DHL which has nothing to do with the order and was told by them it's actually the order number, they don't answer questions properly but give you blood boiling scripted answers and they play the most hated R.M 15 working days waiting time's melody.
My advice if you decide and order from them and quantity is more than one, order it seperately as I think in my case they just send one not three and that one got lost, I asked them two times to confirm if they send three or just one, never received a reply to that question or confirmation just the usual R.M melody, you can leave a negative but has no impact as they are ugly, useless and over inflated.

its usually best to call them if you have an issue, as they probably receive around 1000 emails a day, which will no doubt take them a age to get through especially around peek times like Christmas. if you look at any major seller on ebay, they all have several hundred to several thousand negatives (although alot more positives), the fact of the matter is they cant please everyone, this is the nature of online trading, things go wrong sometimes during delivery etc again especially at peak times like Christmas, for people not happy to take the chance, buy from the shop.

for when things do go wrong help is only a phone call away, weather its the seller, ebay or paypal you are protected in several ways.

I'm sorry my initial comment was not clear, I realised this and edited it but yet again our words have crossed. I'm just finding your attitude a little confusing. You have had such a bad experience but you are willing to buy from them again? Why?

Calm down and play nicely children!!!!!!!!!!

Just to say this is an excellent watch, I wear one for work and have a pretty active job and it still looks brand new. Great price Heat Added.

I believe watch is the CASIO MTD-1057-1AVES and can be purchased for £76 at the Watch Shop, reduced from £95 RRP.

yes their customer through ebay is the worst because they don't get back to you and deal with your requests. you have to call them up for them to sort it out.

i've bought off them a few times. they don't package the items very well and they can arrive in peices.

for the record they have no right to be top rated seller on ebay. their rating is much lower than needed for top rated, fact! if you don't believe me then go do your research.

Even Argos' service is likely to be better than the son of god's! Is it really necessary to use blasphemy? You may not mind but some people do.

Please stick to discussions on the merits of the actual deal. There is also a section for merchant reviews if anyone feels strongly enough to provide a positive/negative view.
