the link opens another hot deals page ??

Decent watch for everyday use-bought for similar price few months ago. Perfect for travel through different time zones like our recent trip to San Fran, Hawaii and Vegas!

Thanks for the link. Not too good at that sort of thing!!

Additional Information

Current selling price valid until 24/12/2010

Nice. Voted hot.

If this item has previously been on sale at 19.89, how is this a "hot" deal

Cracking watch....and a bargain at this price! I have bought two of these before as gifts when they were reduced to £29. The recipients loved them. Reserved one for myself.

A watch that is accurate to within one second in TWO MILLION YEARS is "decent"?
Sheesh!
Talk about casting pearls before Mike Ashley!

Have a pic..

I have this watch. It's "OK"

Not worth £60 in a million years. Good deal at £20 - £30.

Having examined it closly, I would not put the 200m claim to the test and wear the thing for a swim.

As said before, why so hot?

Well you can't get it for £19.89 can you, so it's a hot deal because it's the cheapest available (_;)

Given the info on the post, we'll let this one remain.

Thanks again horsepills.

Interesting though that Argos say it was previously on sale for 19.99 yet claim it is half price at £24.99.
Hmmm

I'm liking this. Haven't worn a watch for a long time, allergic to metals but with the non metal strap I could cover the watch base. Can anyone tell me is the clasp metal or is that resin too?

All resin strap and clasp. And liable to break within a year or so, apparently. I got the bracelet version instead; much easier to put on and take off, but only 50m water-resistant (ie 'splashproof' in practice).

Good to know, not sure now. Might prod a family member for this as a xmas present then I can guilt trip them if it breaks and get a new strap. hehe

bought it when it was £20 as a spare for work, nice watch but as said not worth the £60 tag

Too chunky and ugly

I have it, love it. wear it to work.

I bought one last Thursday. Unfortunately, i had to take it back for a refund. The watch was a constant 28 seconds behind the actual time. (i have other 'radio controlled' time pieces) and there is no manual way to alter it.
It did make me chuckle to think that a broken (analogue) watch is correct twice a day, but this watch would never be spot-on.
