looks like something out a cracker!

The pictures of the watch on the guys wrist makes it look Really ugly... but, for that price. I'm not voting either way.

It's a scary arm and wrist!

i have one and I love it

I bought this watch 5 yrs ago in Tenerife because the face was so clear and easy to see for my failing eyesight. I gave 23euro for it then, I am still wearing it, although I have changed the strap, I thought I lost it once so bought another for about £7, then the lost one turned up so now I have 2, yep I love it also....heat added

Great watch, but rubbish strap. The strap on mine didn't last 1 year.
£5.99 from an Amazon seller.

Hot - Great watches these, don't have to worry about scratching the face at this price either!

Last picture in the sequence looks like a severed arm, neatly showing off the watch! Bizarre that they would think you'd look at it and think, 'hmm, that looks nice I think I'll buy one'....

hot, great watch looks ok, never had any one say 'thats a crap watch'
alright that..

I've had these before and the straps do indeed break very quickly. First one last a week, replacement lasted 2 months.

I bought this watch last month when it was £6.91, after the battery run out on another cheap watch that I'd had for a couple of years. Nice clear face, though the watch looks a bit small on my wrist.

Great price but no date is the killer for me.

If you cannot remember the date, once you have looked at a calender, it isn't a watch that you need.:)

Does anyone actually still wear a watch? (apar from H&S managers and people who read Men's Health)....

Yes, because it saves you having to fish a mobile phone out of your pocket to find the time. I always buy Casio digital though, because I get a stopwatch, countdown timer (set to 25 mins for my oven chips), alarm and radio-controlled (Wave Ceptor rocks!) so it's exactly correct even when the time zone changes.

Must admit though, as analogue watches go, this is exactly the style I like - plain with numbers 1-12 (you'd be surprised how many analogue watches don't have the full set of 12 hourly numbers!). If it was solar-powered, Wave Ceptor and had a better strap and was still under a tenner, I'd buy one :-)

Or a calendar !

whats everyone doing to snap these straps, i chew my strap occasionally and its still going strong.

these are stonking watches for the money (there is a sister watch so to speak with all the digital/stopwatch functions for a few pounds more) - I've had several of these and the only minor failing is the strap which tends to fail after 2-3 years - but for the money - throw it in the bin and buy another one. Miserable as I am, I still use one of the digital watches as an alarm in the mornings - around 4 yrs old now...
