That moment when this wasn’t included in the 20 games on the PlayStation Classic

Luckily it is easily added

I can’t PM you and I can’t add a link here as it will be removed, there’s loads of guides and videos out there though

Any idea if this has vita trophies? Can only find the Castlevania Requiem which looks to be a compilation of this and another castlevania game that has any trophy support

No trophy support. This is just a PS1 disc image that can run on PSP, Vita and PS3.

Requiem for the PS4 does have trophies and also include Rondo of Blood. That seems to be based on the PSP versions included in the Dracula X Chronicles.
I’m interested in this

Never played it. Always heard good things about it though.

I think I might go for it. Good price.
How's this compare to the 360 version?

This is the PS1 version emulated. X360 version has been cleaned up a bit to look better on modern TV displays, has achievements (albeit only 200g worth), and is also compatible with Xbox One (I think?). If you're choosing between the two, go for the 360 version - unless you're planning on playing on Vita, in which case the portability might sway you that way

The PS1 is still the definitive edition. Those versions you speak of don't contain the original voiceovers/script. And seriously, dont buy games for trophy support.
Of course this wont work on the PS4 because sony are incompetent.
One of the best games of all time. If you’re on the fence, just buy it!
How’s it hold up on the vita? Looking for a reason to dust it off
Don't get this version, it's the slower 50Hz PAL version like all EUR PSone Classics. I'd rather pay full price and get it off the US Store.
Amazing game! Still plays great
The best game I have played on a Sony console. I thought I had done it when I reached 100% in the game but oh noooo...

damn, bought this last week
What made this so good was that it was so good in a period when everyone was doing 3d just for the sake of it. Really regret selling my original copy. Idiot.

If you have to buy a memory stick it might be worth looking at the trublu products on eBay as you can get a 64gb stick pre loaded with everything you need and 101 games for about £13 . Saves having to find roms

Be sure to check for hidden rooms, its always a shame to miss something, try not to miss out on collecting objectives, be aware that later you can play with other characters and always check your equipment. Thats pretty much all you need to know, but if you need more details just go ahead and check them out on the internet, theres plenty of information.
This game is perfect for the Vita (if you have one lying around), and at £2.39 it's a no-brainer.
