This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Oil for Ford Ecoboost engines. Small turbo engines burn a little bit of oil so its worth have some to top up if you get low. This is the cheapest I’ve been able to find Castrol Magnatec in 5W-20.

Castrol Engine Oil

Oil is an essential ingredient to your car’s engine. It lubricates all parts of the engine to make sure there is no metal to metal contact, whilst it also serves to cool certain parts. Making sure you have the right grade and level of oil, whilst regularly changing it can drastically extend the life of the engine and also reduce the need for repairs. The grade and type of oil you use can also impacts your car’s economy and emissions, so it is essential that you use the correct grade of oil. We recommend that you check your oil level regularly (ideally once a month), before a long journey and keep it topped up if necessary. It is also important that you change your oil every time your car has its annual or 12,000 mile service to protect and maintain your engine.

32.95 for the 5 ltr (which is what you'll need for the most common EB engines).

Usualy pick up 5 litres from Amazon for 30 - 35 quid (although it's currently 42.99).

In the oil world, GF-5 5W20 oils are the very height of ordinariness & have been so for the last decade. This stuff was never in a million years worth £73 a can! Even at £26, I'd consider it expensive. I paid around £18 for a 5 litre can of Petronas Syntium 7000 0W20 from the same supplier.

Agree it’s no way near worth £73 but that’s what its non sale price is listed as. The lowest its been on Amazon is £32.98 so £25.74 is still a good deal imo.

It’s all well paying £18 for a different brand and oil weight but let not compare apples to oranges.

I think you'll find it's more a case of comparing British Gala apples from Aldi to French Gala apples from Waitrose. Save for a slightly lighter base oil mix & a tad more VI improver, there's naff all difference between the two oils.
