Any experience of run times ? My son has the volt400 and uses it daily for his paperround so was looking at possible upgrade ?

At full beam no flashing, I've squeezed around 1.5 to 2 hours ish.

Best price it's ever been on here, but hey ho.

And cheapest it's been on Amazon these past three years or so.

Ordered. Should be good for unlit roads/paths.

I went for that too but already have the 450 back light so have arranged a return and opted for this one. (edited)

    any good for MTB?

personally, depends how much range you need, if you're just riding cross country should be ok, fast downhilling, you might need something brighter or 2 of these

It's a good light but standard beam pattern. It blinds everyone else on road and paths sadly. I'd 100% buy a Stvzo approved light instead next time.

Edit it's the 400 I got actually. This must be insanely bright!! (edited)

Yes it's very bright, I've ridden on unlit county roads, lights up a good distance ahead.

Picked it up, seems pretty good, super bright. Wondering whether it's possible to replace the battery, as unlike the 500 there are four screws on the end of it.
