I've been disappointed with branded bike lights and concluded that too much of the price is for the name. Rechargeable ones from Aldi have been far better at a lower price.

I've lost count of the number of rear Cateye lights I've lost over the years.

The front lights need an overhaul to use a thick rubber bungee with different hole positions so it can be quickly removed to prevent theft or swapped to a different bike with ease. The crappy windy ratchetty thing to secure to the bars is pants, always has been always will be.

In fairness though, probably worth it overall at this pretty decent price.

Pretty good price for both, lithium batteries would be nice but I guess these might last longer as you can remove batteries. 4x for both is good too as can charge them all up together

Could be brighter. Then I paid about £30 for mine at the time. Good enough for £15

You don't need to be so safe if you only pay £15?

For the price it will save your life. Too many riding without lights is crazy. Better than nothing. (edited)
