Seems like a good price for a Nintendo Switch game. Hope it helps someone out.

I've also seen this for under £5 on steam a few times. It should be priced at £15 at most in my opinion

Yeh I'm all for the switch but that price is taking the ****

No doubt this will be a limited run and will retail for a large amount in the future.

How much different is this to the freeware version I had on the pc over ten years ago?

Yeah i assume this is going to be very limited and difficult to get hold of in the future. Cave story was originally free. So the price is pretty high.

It's saying GAME10 is expired/invalid. Am I missing something?

You're not, it expired yesterday - people voting hot on a price that doesn't exist.

Can you show photo's along with your username ?

Went through checkout process and it still says estimated release date 23rd June. so thats not even estimated delivery. So its not in stock. Dont bother get it from Amazon US way more reliable

Wow a game that was in a one dollar humble bundle is now £26 quid on the switch.

AMAZING, INNOVATIVE GROUNDBREAKING. YOU GET TO PLAY IT ON THE GO AND BE JUST AS PATHETIC AS YOU WOULD AT HOME. YAAAAAY.

(_;)

Just kidding. Happy gaming.

It is a great little game, but that price is a total rip off.
Please wait for a future sale or pick it up on PC ...

It is a refined version, visually, & tweaks - but honestly, if you played the original, unless you are an absolute fan-boy of the game, hardly worth the effort imo

I'm honestly surprised that NTSC is even a thing any more.

Thanks for the reply, in all honesty I played and didn't really like the original. I think I went in to it with too much expectation following the reviews around the time claiming it to be one of finest example of s metroidvania game since Super Metroid and the aesthetic just wasn't for me on a personal level. Others obviously disagree on this and I have voted hot on this deal as I couldn't see it cheaper elsewhere but definitely a buyer beware title, it's not for everyone that loves the titles it's paying homage to.

It really isn't, considering it's an analog video standard that pretty much no one uses anymore - and certainly there is no such thing as NTSC when it comes to the Switch, as its digital screen obviously isn't NTSC and its only video output is HDMI, so to use it with an analog TV you'd have to get some kind of adaptor for it. Some people do still say 'NTSC' when they mean 'USA region locked', which isn't the same thing but they used to go hand in hand, but as this game isn't region locked I have no idea why 365 Games even mentioned NTSC. The only difference between this and a copy bought in the UK is it has an ESRB age rating logo on it instead of PEGI and its title ID will have 'USA' at the end.

Maybe there's still a 50/60Hz thing

£11 on steam lol
