Err, why? Lidl packaged meat is better than Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys IMO, although some of the stuff off Sainsburys butchers counter is better.
Trouble is if you have your head stuck that far up your own rectum, your never going to realise this ;-)
Oh well, all the more for us :-)
I'd rather pay a bit more and not have to step in that shop personally! And if that means I "have my head shoved up my own rectum" then so be it! At least it won't have to go in Lidl!
It's a misconception that Lidl is "cheap". If you're happy spending the same money on inferior products then more fool you.
As an ex-lidl district manager i can reliably inform you that Lidl use Audi's as company vehichles (A4's / A6s) that is why you are seeing them. The poshness of each store is dependant on the location, certain stores e.g Beminster down bristol / Reading are rough to the point of being dangerous - being threatened by needles etc.. However go to Farnham and its full of posh housewives with nothing better to do than spend money on non-food. To generalise them as nasty is inaccurate.
Lidl is not cheap if you shop accross the board - trust me i did the weekly price changes, however be selective in what you buy and you can get some fantastic goods at bargain prices. And before it starts, YES Lidl do get many of there mainline products from the big suppliers, shipped to the Regional distribution center in different pacakaging. Its not a myth, its true.
Actually meat from lidl is very good and this has been recognized by national papers numerous times, guess you don't know what your on about
And you don't know when to correctly use 'your' and 'you're' ;-)
Outstanding quality, especially the pork joints.
It will have been my old Audi you saw (newer than 06), now Scirocco to be seen across the 3 Lidl stores I use across County Durham. I love Lidl for fresh meats, parma ham, Italian cheeses and the oddments you can pick up and try without paying an arm and a leg for the privilege. Their curry sauces are excellent too. I'm not a snob so am not ashamed to tell folk I shop there, and Home Bargains, B&M etc. It makes financial sense, allowing me to have a nice car and the odd holiday here and there. We work hard so why give supermarkets like Tesco and Sainsbury's all our money...
