Rhubarb Float Ingredients

A can of Sparkling Rhubarb, good quality vanilla ice cream.

Method

It’s pretty simple. Just spoon a ball or two of ice cream into a large glass and pour over the fizzy Rhubarb. What’s not to love?

Rhubarb & Gin Ingredients

Cawston Press Sparkling Rhubarb, 25ml of your favourite gin, ice.

Method

Simplicity at it’s tastiest. Pour your gin over ice and top up with a can of our Rhubarb. Sip, sit back, and relax.

Rhubarb & Strawberry Blush Ingredients

8 tsp good strawberry jam or strawberry puree, 4 shots vodka, 6 tbsp lemon juice, vanilla extract, Cawston Press Sparkling Rhubarb, ice, strawberries to garnish.

Method

Muddle the 8 tsp good strawberry jam or strawberry puree in the base of your shaker. Add 4 shots vodka, 6 tbsp lemon juice, a few drops vanilla extract and ice, shake and then double/fine strain into two tall ice filled glasses. Top with Sparkling Rhubarb (approx. 100ml per glass).
