I think these are the cheapest price of 4MP cameras, and with good reviews

This isn't Poe. Looking for good Poe system myself. The Hiwatch Hikvision seems to be popular but a bit mixed reviews. Seems a lot of pros use Hikvision, so not sure if over engineered for domestic use.

I've been looking at the ANNKE NVR with 8 poe ports and apparently support for 16 channels. I was thinking about getting that on it's own and then a couple of 1080p SV3C cameras separately, then I can add more over time when I need them. The NVR supports the main ipcctv standard so many brands will be compatible. It also has 4k output apparently so you could view 4 1080p cameras at full quality at once.

Power over Ethernet
Not a bad price the hi view by Hikvision can be had for under £150 with 4x 2mp dome cameras.

Power over Ethernet, means you run a single cable to camera and it provides network and power at the same time. You need a POE switch or NVR with POE switch ports. But means you can use Cat 5 or 6 wiring to connect camera.

Will do but I won't get it for about 2 weeks so no promises that I'll remember! I'll try though.
I did just buy one of these from china though, a little mini 1080p camera to go in the part above my front door so I can get an image texted instantly to my phone when someone arrives. Probably don't need it but I like messing around with tech like it It's POE too so it should work directly with the NVR I linked to previously. The camera i bought is similar or better(it uses a sony camera/sensor) to the Amazon one i'm linking here but it was £25 from china instead of £34 on Amazon. So i'll update yo when it all comes!

Hi
Do you have a link for this deal please?
word of warning!
I'm new to cctv system.
I bought a 2meg hview system off ebay just over a year ago.
Didn't set any password to the cctv system and connect to the internet.
I got lock out off my hiview cctv system. No image from camera and now I need password to login which I didn't set in the first place, making it useless.
Now I've got a KKmoon dvr(no hard disk) from ebay for just over £26 pound, working with existing cameras which works just as good.
Contact the seller which sold me the hview system (I think they are the same people from amazon) about the problem.
Never got any reply from them, a reply saying can't do anything would be nice but they choose to ignore potential customer, that's why bought a different brand.
Anyway, I'm still learning from the internet.
This is what I think happen, either the hview system is crap or the cctv manufacturer asking hacker to hack all the cctv system connect to the internet which use default password (no password). Correct me if I'm wrong, what I read from the internet, even if you set password on you system, there is a back door using a default password through telnet which could hack your cctv system.
By disable your system, you could become a potential customer like me.
If you can avoid connect your cctv system to the internet
