CDWow Warehouse Sale - CDs/DVDs from £3.75 (OR LESS)!!

Just got this offer by email from CDWow. Now normally, I don't post them as their sales are sometimes horrendous, but I've had a check of some of the prices here and some are favourable.

For example, the Artic Monkey's maximum CD is only £3.75, which you should be able to get 50p - £1 off with vouchers - this is a fiver everywhere else. Same story with the Fall Out Boy CD.

As for the DVDs, I've spotted the Foos Live DVD - you could get this for £7.99 with vouchers/links and this one is £11 everywhere else.

Now I'm not saying they are all good prices (There's a Band of Brothers DVD set for £57.99 - what were they thinking!) But it's definitley worth a look and a price compare to see if you can find a bargain.

Remember to check Gary_Rip's CDwow discount thread to make sure you get further discount on these items.

Thanks Emma, nice find

Those "Maximum" CDs are just poor-quality interview discs though, no music! They're barely worth £3.75.

Which have you heard?

None of them - but you see them all the time cheap in HMV etc. I have a couple of Tori Amos ones from the same company, and they're recordings of radio interviews and that's it. They title each "track" like they're song titles, but they're not allowed to have any music on them as they're not licenced to release it. You see on the back of them it'll say "This disc contains no music." They're all the same.

Just a friendly heads-up to anyone who thinks they might be getting some music!

Beat me too it... I was gonna say exactly the same thing.

I've got Blur ones, NIN ones and a few others.
Pricey coasters unless your a HUGE fun who has to have everything.

Well having just popped over to ye WOW site I see many of those prices are a absolute joke actually priced higher than just about everywhere else. It's not surprising they need a warehouse sale. Unfortunately this is NOT it!

Carry on stock piling WOW.

Thanks for putting the link to my thread in emma

One good deal I can spot is ]Arrested Development Season 1 for £10.75. And only £9.75 if you go through discount link in gary-rip's guide. Next cheapest is £11.97 at the hut or ASDA. Fanatastic series that deserved to last long than three seasons.

Prob get it for £8.75 if you risk a voucher and a link.
