This November Special 3D Printer bundle is absolutely insane. The Cel Robox 3D Printer(RRP £999) 2 X Robox Chroma Green ABS 1.75mm 650g Filament(RRP £29.99) & 3D LAC Plus(RRP £11.99) for ONLY £279. This offer is only valid of November or until we sell out of our limited stock so act now to avoid disappointment.

The CEL Robox 3D printer is an exciting machine that is capable of producing high quality prints. It has dual nozzles but it is not a dual filament 3D printer, the reason that this 3D printer has two nozzles is because it is so that you can do fine detail printing with the 0.3mm nozzle and print less detailed faster prints with the 0.8mm nozzle. The minimum layer thickness possible with this 3D printer is 0.02mm (20 Micron) which allows for incredibly fine detail prints.

The CEL Robox is a user-friendly 3D printer and if you use Robox filament the automatic filament detector will recognise the filament you are using and set the machine to the correct settings and profile that makes the setup process much easier. This printer can print a range of filaments including the following: PLA, ABS, HIPS, Nylon, PC & PVA. You can use other brands of filament but they will not work with the automatic filament detector so you will have to work out the optimal settings. Automatic bed levelling and calibration is another handy feature that makes it easy to get 3D printing.

Cr10s > this
FYI: Medium Build Volume: 210x150x100mm
Whats so good about this to make it "worth" £999?

CR10s is a good printer - Are you saying its better than this?

Yeah that > symbol means the word on the bigger side is better. The 10s is a fabulous machine, I’ve had two and I can confirm it’s fantastic. This on the other hand is a 3 year old machine that was garbage when it dropped. You can get printers 10x better than this for £280 now

Take RRP at with a pinch of salt, the printer alone seems to sell for £600 - £700. Id say that makes this deal pretty good.

Theres certainly mixed reviews - by no means do i own one (copymaster 300). However this is quite different (good or bad) to the 10s, enclosed, dual nozzle, auto bed level (not sure if 10s has this?)
There's always going to be people with this is better than that, My post is showing that this bundle & price is far cheaper than any other retailer - which makes it a deal.

I respect you posted it as a deal, but it’s a garbage printer and I’d hate to think people would see this as a ‘deal’ chuck money into something that underperforms to other fdm machines you can get for the same price.

I too respect your opinion. As mentioned above, There are mixed reviews and as such i would advice anyone purchasing anything to read said reviews prior to any purchase.
Got all excited - thought this was a viewmaster
RRP is very overprice
I have one of these I did the kickstarter I never bothered to take it out of the box, it had a lot of problems at launch it was CEL first attempt at a 3d Printer lets just say that their design of powertools did not aid them on this project it has some nice ideas but the execution was problematic. I use it as a stand for my CR10.
Insane deal, I've had one of these since the kick starter and it's the greatest 3D printer I own or have ever seen, it was a bumpy start, but once the issues were ironed out its been smooth sailing ever since. Cel replaced anything and everything free of charge, the customer support was incredible, I couldn't ask for more, and now it's been buzzing away for years with nothing more than the odd alcohol wipe every now and then.

I love the valved nozzles, zero stringing, the fact that it never fails to print, requires no prep (although I do give the bed a quick wipe every 10 or so prints) the software and settings are all done done for you, plug in, turn on, print, that's it.

It calibrates itself, purges itself, loads it's own filament, it even detects if filament is slipping out has run out - it's so self sufficient it's crazy and at this price, they'll be gone in no time.

There's no software to think about, no slicer to think about, no material parameters to think about, it's all there, it's all done for you.

(you can create your own settings if you wish, you can also use 3rd party filament if you wish etc etc so the customisation is there, but why bother, it prints flawlessly with the parameters the team at CEL have created, and those are saved on the filament reels, so you just plug it in, and it out knows what you're printing with, and how it needs to print it - just close the door, and press print! The software also includes the EEPROM writer, so you can load 3d party filament on to a spool and chose a profile from CEL's vast built in library as a starting point to create your own.

CR10 is an absolute joke compared to this, the Robox is competing with £30,000 professional solutions, not home built looking prototypes from aluminium extrusions and Chinese controllers, anyone who thinks otherwise is a sucker for punishment, cleaning, preparing, calibration routines, nozzles maintenance, slicer.... Forget all that, it's ancient history, plug and play, it's that simple.

Oh..... And don't go anywhere NEAR your Robox with that tin of 3D lac, I've never had a part fail to print, no fingerprints, no glue, no hair spray, just a wipe with a clean dry cloth and a tiny spray of isopropanol.
