Lol, no urine are expensive than after a great boost!!

Good price, Amazon charge £7.80 but I'm unable to find this on their website. Still voted hot.

I have tested a few multivitamins with one costing 5 times more than Centrum Advance for a three month supply.
In the end I switched to Centrum Adavance because the majority of ingredients are at 100%, the ones that aren't are only higher by 25, 27 and one being 47%.

If you look at most multivitamins they have ridiculous amounts (often 1000to5000% of RDA).

If I could change three things about this product they would be;

Proper Zinc to copper ratio or remove both
Remove Iron
Replace certain forms of some vitamins

For the price it's a good supplement.

Quercetin

How much of each vitamin is actually absorbed by your body?

How much of each vitamin is actually absorbed by your body?

There are a lot of variables involved (vitamin brand, vitamin form, vitamin delivery, taken with food or without ect), the best people to ask are Centrum, given that they are a large company, they should have done some research or at least be able to provide a better answer than myself.

If all was absorbed, the body would then take what it needs and the rest is removed through urination. (As you know).You probably also know that all of the vitamins except A, D, E and K are water soluble, meaning they aren't stored by your body. So if you aren't consuming food that contain them, your body goes without (admittedly you would need a bad diet, even processed food is fortified).

I actually eat five vegetables everyday and at least two pieces of fruit and then have meat and other complex carbohydrates. I also take 5grams of linseed daily and 1gram of 100% cocoa powder as well as exercise three times weekly. So my diet and lifestyle is quite good, I take the multivitamin in case I am lacking in anything and as these have such a low percentage of the RDA (compared to others). My body isn't having to work too hard to remove any excess.

Even though a multivitamin is in my permanent supplements list I don't consider it as important as the others (fish oil (brain), vitamin d (prevent deficiency/general health), magnesium (reduces delayed onset muscle soreness) and quercetin (allergies).
