Can't you plug an echo into any old sound bar?

Echo sub, no.
The bass on this is really nice, I have it paired with an Echo Plus and it really fills the room

£85 is really good as I paid £119 for mine and do not regret it

Echo sub, no.

No, I meant the other way around?
Quality base and 2.1 sound. It is on occasions glitchy, but when it works it works well.

If your considering pairing with Echo Show, this can be done and it'll be a 1.1 system as oppose to 2.1.

I"m thoroughly impressed, though the question is, how does the Studio compare to this.
Thanks OP

My thoughts exactly on the setups/quality/experience (I did have 2 x plus and 1 x sub in the living room but was so impressed with the Show sound and with the benefit of a screen, I settled with a Show + sub setup) and the curiosity of the Studio quality.
I can use with a sonos play 5 right?

I could be wrong but I believe it only works with the echo range of products.
Looks like the APPLE HOMEPOD
Have they sorted out the problem where this counts as a separate device so if you are using the prime version of Amazon music it won’t play as it thinks it’s 2 devices so it’s either sub or echo and not both.

I have one if these and I occasionally play it through a sound bar either by cable or Bluetooth.

Show /dot /sub

Work as above but 2.1 ?? I know it's not 'echo' level but does it work?

Thanks

I can’t see that you can have 2 x studios and a sub. I don’t think it is an option. All the descriptions say or - 2 studios or 1 sub and 1 studio - I bought and returned this last night because of it 😞

no I meant it’s a good sub and work well as part of a 2.1 (2x echos 1x sub)

the sub can only be connected to echo show (only 1 device) or echo/echo plus (2 devices)

the studio will be a standalone device

in reference to the studio, I meant I wonder how that compares to the sub plus 2 echos. At no point did I mean sub linked to 2 studios

This is what has put me off before to buy a second Echo 2 and pair it with the existing one...I still do not know if they sorted out this, comments at the time, about a year ago, were that following people's complaints, they acknowledged the issue and were looking into this.
I have ordered one thanks OP. If they haven't fixed the device limit issue just send it back!

Sorry - that’s what I wanted to do I meant - that would be great linking 2 studios to a sub
Mine arrived works fine with Prime music, so I guess they fixed the device limit issue. Sounds great!
