    Awful company to deal with if you have an issue and forget them responding to a SAR, tells you all you need to know about their business. Look on Trustpilot, use at your peril.

    I'm not sure I'd buy from a company that ask if it's out of my price range and then says make us an offer, trying to hard for a reason?

    Fingers crossed never had issues with this company or indeed Jura.
    As much as I love the deep green colour I found the recent Ernest Jones deal on the previous version irresistible and I still think the black dial with green touches is the best colour.
    This would have been my second choice.
    Heated.

    Purchased the black model a few weeks ago. Quick delivery and no issues. Its a really well made watch and mine runs at +1 second according to my measuring app which makes it the most accurate watch in my collection. Its a big chunk of metal though. Wish it was a 41mm.

    Good deal, but terrible company. Anything goes wrong and your waiting at least a month for a refund. Use PayPal if you must buy from them, then you can file a case and get a refund that way. Still takes weeks. (edited)

    Agreed very bad service, sent me a Mondaine when I ordered Hamilton 
    Got watch after 4 weeks sent back as late, Never again!!

    I am really struggling to get anywhere with this company, took 2 weeks to get in touch and the response was the watch technician will look at my return, possibly one of the worse sellers I have dealt with.
