14p each like the old deal, but now with a maximum of 12 per customer instead of 6.

Meaning that delivery charge has less of an effect on the deal

Long dated, liscenced and distributed by Bristol laborities this works out at a cracking 37 pence per pack without having to step foot out of the house.

It was 6 according to the deal, and I purchased some myself, was limited to 6.

Allergic to cetirizine or just the bristol brand?

I'd try going somewhere like tesco and ask about the teva ones to see if it's one of the bonding agents in bristol (teva generally produce the cheapest generics so should be a good alternative in price)

Let's just say I really thought it was a terrible pun to start off with X)
Are these the "one a day" equivalent? I take cetirizine daily, all year round, but I don't know what the dose of the "one a day" tablets I take is cos I'm at work just now. I normally just get the Tesco own brand ones.

How long is the expiry likely to be on these? I'll buy a years worth if they are likely to last that long!

exp of 12/2013 (6 months ago my order was) so expect these to arrive with just as long.

Cetirizine only comes as one strength as far as I'm aware (work at a pharmaceutical company and we only stock 10mg or the 5/5 solution)

Perfect. Off to bag a years worth!

Thanks for the info.

Strange, when I posted it first in another Cetirizine thread it was twelve as that is what I ordered and received...

Perhaps they cut the limit when they got inundated from here.

I'm guessing Cetirizine were next to the condoms? Just use the self-service tills in supermarkets like the rest of us.
Fantastic, thanks for the heads up! I was down to my last half packet I purchased a couple of years back (ordered a dozen to keep in readily supply) these should last me a couple more years!

How do they compare to Loratadine?

I'm pretty sure loratadine is non drowsy, whereas packets of ceratiznine don't state so
Edited by: "Sessy" 20th Jun 2012
both are non drowsy, cetirizine and loratadine
they both have the same effect but work work in different ways. some people respond better with cetirizine some with loratadine. it is based on the person really. however if you have used cetirizine for a very very long time, its effect can be reduced so changing to loratadine may be more effective on the person. I have been using cetirizine for about 10 years and it hasnt had a reduced effect yet.
this make is cheap rubbish, that don't work unlike the Almus brand which i always insist upon

This brand is fine. I was given these on prescription last week and they are very effective.
are these better or same as benadryl or piriteze?

Almus is pretty decent. It's the alliance pharmaceuticals groups own brand (boots group).

But bristol is definitely a more experienced and higher quality generics manufacturer.

Heat added- better than 14 for a £1 at Poundland

these work fine for me - you carry on paying more if it makes you feel better....
