always lots of good stuff at CRC. Didnt realise they had Quidco! good find. Please dont mark this as cold because u can get a cheaper bike at halfords or sports direct. This is a proper bike shop with well made bikes.

cold for laziness

I was browsing their site earlier, have my eye on a couple of bikes in the sale. So difficult to decide on which bike to buy when there is nowhere you can test them all side-by-side though. Don't want to part with so much money on a hope although I think the distance selling regulations allow returns if not happy.

sorry,my matchstick

Thanks for posting, swapped the p*ss for petrol.

I stopped using them a while back due to false promises and poor customer service.

I've personally always had good service + free postage and frequently next day delivery

Fortunately for me my products always arrived on time and in one piece so never had to deal with their customer service from what I heard. Then again I havent really bought anything that big from them, the biggest thing I've purchased is a Shimono Saint Brake set which came promptly.

However alot of their listed items are not in stock and you have to have stock alert on it, however managed to get my Hope DH Stem after 2 weeks of requested order.

Personally I have no troubles with them.

They used to be very good; I have used them a lot in the past but the last few orders included the wrong mounting bolts in a crank set, wrong items sent and a couple of time over a week for delivery. The final straw was the staff being rude to my wife after I had been let down 4 times over a set of wheels.
I now try to use Wiggle or Ribble, Planet X and Merlin are also cheap but what stock they have is just limited.
