The Challenge 31cm is a compact, cordless rotary lawnmower designed for small lawns. Cordless power lets you cut anywhere without the danger of cutting the cable. The motor and carbon steel blade combine to effortlessly cut through tough dense grass. Height adjustment is easy and you can change to one of three cutting heights by easily unscrewing each wheel by hand, so no tools are required.

The 18V 3.0ah detachable battery will give you up to 10 minutes runtime, enough time for most UK lawns. The battery is detachable and the charger is included, so you can charge the battery anywhere - not just in your shed or garage.

The handle can be folded easily so you can store it in smaller spaces.

Lawnmower features:

  • Electric rotary motor.
  • Steel blade.
  • 31cm blade width.
  • 3 cutting heights.
  • Cutting heights ranging from 2.5cm-6cm.
  • 30L grass collection capacity.
  • Height adjustable handle.
  • Safety switch.

General information:
  • 8 hours recharge time.
  • Charger included.
  • Weight 8.3kg.

A few reviews suggest battery runs too quick, decent price
This is an excellent deal, the mower will be as good as all the other 18v ones which are twice the price. One thing, can you get spare batteries, which would be even better.
I’ve read just goes for 15 mins !

Says 10 mins in the description and 8hours recharge time . .. Need about 5 spare batteries with it .
I have a qualcast mower bought in sale with spare battery . It lasts 30 mins or longer on shortish grass , and charges in about 1 hour. Longer grass kills it in about 20 mins

I would guess you could buy the £30 strimmer, possibly the same battery
Great price - thanks a lot. Nearly bought one at a multiple of this price on the weekend. Much happier to go with this one - reviews are ok for me. Thanks!
£50 for a cordless mower is an amazing price.

10mins running time and 8 hours charging time surely means it's going to be unsuitable for most people though. Plus if you get around that by sourcing another battery then it's a false economy and should perhaps go for something better.
I got the einhell 18/30 with one 3 amp battery which is the same spec as the one here. I can just get my lawn cut in one go. About 15/20 minutes of run time. The difference is this one is half the price. The battery re charge time is poor but if you can get the job done in one go it isn't a problem.

It doesn't say but with a 5 hour charge time it's likely a 2Ah and no good for the mower
I have just picked up the mower and the strimmer which have different batteries

The strimmer has the same battery as the hedge trimmer which I already have

All the prices went up from midnight last night so the mower is now £100

Batteries, if you can find them will be expensive so it might have been more cost effective to have got 2 mowers at £50 each.

The Hedge Trimmer lasts over 20 mins as i have used it for the past 2 seasons and it charges in about 2 hours, all I do is put em on charge the day before so it doesn't matter how lomg they take to charge

.
Overall, graet value
Used this mower today for the 1st time, my grass was 3 inches high and slightly wet but I did manage to cut my lawn twice inside 10 minutes so the battery never ran out,

Put it on charge and 2.5 hours later it was fully charged so all I need to do, is charge it a few hours before I need to use it

Excellent machine for the £47 I paid, the grass strimmer is great too which cost me £28:20.

Already had the hedge trimmer which usually cut's my hedge in 20 minutes with charge to spare
Easy height adjustments.

Just unscrew all the wheels...…..
