A tribute to masculine freedom in an aromatic-woody fragrance with a captivating trail. A timeless, anti-conformist fragrance housed in an enigmatic blue bottle.
BLEU DE CHANEL is the fragrance of a man who refuses to blend in or conform to the rules. Its composition reveals the spirit of a man who chooses his destiny with independence and determination. A character that asserts itself where we least expect it.
The meeting of strength and elegance.
This aromatic-woody fragrance unites the invigorating freshness of citrus and the strength of an aromatic accord with the woody whisper of dry cedar notes. New Caledonian Sandalwood lends it a warm and sensual trail.

Still a rip off.

Best smelling gear about. This is a good price.

Cracking fragrance. Won't find it cheaper than this.

Lovely smell, but not very long lasting.

Very nice stuff, didn't realise it was that dear as I got mine from Duty Free last year.

I break so many rules when I wear this

Aventus Creed - that's the only fragrance worth wearing, lasts for days too!

Lasts for a long time!

Usually about £75 so this is a good deal.

Code not working for me

I like it the best out of the ones you listed.

I think Aventus has now become more common than BDC.

Can anyone comment on this....

I've had several of the Chanel Bleus (both EDT and perfume versions) from the fragrance shop and I have a nagging doubt about whether they are genuine...

Having tried the Bleu EDT on from HoF, the smell lasts several hours. The one's dispatched by the Fragrance Shop only seem to last around 30 minutes.

Anyone else noticed this? I can understand that the formula can change, but when there is such a difference in smell longevity it seems a bit suspect.

They are legit, I purchased a bottle from them a few years ago. The longevity was good. There does seem to be a variation on the different batches. You can check the batch numbers here, normally the older the juice the stronger the smell.

Freshly opened fragrances can take a little time to mature. Happens once you prime the sprayer let oxygen into the bottle.

Its because you are sprayed with a tester, testers are stronger so that the smell lasts longer and is s reminder.

I only buy testers for this reason

great stuff your the man wearing this I love it

If I hadn't already purchased 150ml bottle of the EDP at Gatwick Airport a few weeks ago for £60 odd I would be all over this... Bottom line, get your fragrances at the airport when you can, some pretty amazing deals!

Great price, one of my favourite fragrances

Nah, perhaps clones of it. The price is enough to put casuals off of it.

Only expensive if you don't know what you're doing.

To save money, join a split - around £40 for 50ml or buy direct from France ( where Creed is half of UK prices)

I say its common because I smell it on people all the time. And there is anyways someone doing split on it.

Read my comment again mate... buying a watered down split off of ebay/forum or some fake Armaf crap doesn't constitute a sale. Common is CK and Miyake, I think your nose is deceiving you.

As for costs, all fragrances from french houses are cheaper. To me (and this is of course highly subjective) there is nothing that touches Creed, either aroma or longevity, enjoy whatever it is that floats your boat.

Don't know about that, many on Fragrantica think it's a myth, and it's merely reformulations people are getting confused about.

I've had them all and in my opinion allure is sweet citrus, sport is more purely sweet... Too sweet for some but the blu is in a different league, definitely a more mature smell.

I found when I tested the perfume and edt in store that they smelled different, like night and day different. Even the girl in the shop agreed with me that the cheaper edt smelled nicer.

Bought, thanks Jock.

I used the code PERFUME15 for the discount.

It's expensive, but so worth it, it's lasts a long time as only one or two sprays needed and it's very long lasting, plus it's smells incredible.
