I was listening to radio 4 this afternoon where own brand perfumes were being discussed. The person who was being interviewed worked in the perfumery industry and was very impressed with Lidl"s own brand called "suddenly" by Madame Glamour saying that it smelt very very close to coco by Chanel which costs quite a bit more.
While it wouldn't be worth my marriage to buy this for my wife might be worth a try for someone.

As somebody else mentioned further up, it goes half price regularly so maybe wait until then if you're wanting to try it..
you may be lucky - I went last 3 times and all sold out
My Lidl's always smells lovely, bakery smells really nice, perhaps yours is in a rough location.
One of the biggest supermarkets in Germany... in the uk stock a great deal of EXACTLY the same stuff.
Stop being an idiot.
Excellent!
Don't generalise... Lidl are a low overhead European Supermarket.. more fool you if you pay higher prices for snobbery!!!
Really, my local is in a waterside location within a stones throw of the marina, very handy!
So what, Asda is American owned.
Anyway, I'm glad that you choose not to use Lidl's, more room for those of us that do.

You can't copyright a smell which is why so many cheaper ones smell like thier more expensive counterparts.
This is cheaper as it has less perfume in (main ingredients are alcohol and water) and there's no advertising campaign or endorsements. Sure it doesn't last as long or smell quite the same so it's up to people's preferences really on what they want to spend.
Not sure what area you live in but any Lidl stores I have been in have certainly not stunk.
Not all Lidl's are in rough areas, and I wish I lived close to one as I would frequent it regularly if I did. You're on hotukdeals, a bargain site, so, maybe climb down from that pedestal you have put yourself on.
