Change 4 life free information pack and personalised action plan for the kids

Hi, I signed up to the Change for life website which in case you didn't already know is trying to encourage families to eat healthier and be more active. Anyway I got my information pack a few days ago and it has a few recipes in, loads of stickers and a chart for your kids to stick fruit and veg stickers on to show they are having their five a day. I have just sent off to fill in the "how are the kids" questionairre which you fill in and send back to them and then they send you a personalised action plan for your family. I think its a great initiative and just wanted to encourage more people to sign up for it so please make it hot xxx

Just joined, thanks for posting.

Thanks for the heads up

Seems a bit contradictory replying to this thread and on the other hand doing likewise on the £6 for 10 John Smiths Extra Smooth thread lol

The ying & yang of life

You get really decent amount of good stickers.

I'm childless but fruit/veg ones useful for Sunday School, and the exercise ones will liven up my own physio exercise chart - a woolly mammoth or Morph is FAR more interesting than my usual red, green, blue or yellow spot system!:-D

Voted hot, just ordered a pack for my son, he loves stickers and cooking so should be good.

This is only available if you live in England.

Obviously us healthy scots don't need this ! ;-)

worth a go, cheers!!!!!

the stickers are FAB! thanks - heat added

Have just joined - thanks!!

Hi Pinklaces, If I sent off for one of these for a friend (whose child is definately obese but say's he just eats quickly(!) and is sensitive to comments about his weight and has given up for a quiet life) would it be obvious from any packaging and/or attached correspondence/paperwork that I had done so on their behalf? I sat opposite him in a restaurant last week (my treat, he wasn't actually invited just came along anyway) and it was like watching a pig eating from a trough. I don't want her to think I'm interfering. Thanks in advance.

no, it should come in normal packaging like they are sending it to you, not like you have specifically ordered it...so you should be ok

It says England, but have applied from Scotland so will see if it comes. heat added:thumbsup: Thank you
