Cool this will be good when the old people read it!

Account specific. Not available for me.

Thought this was an odd post, seemed too good to be true. I nearly fell off my chair when it was an option on 'My BT'. Cheers OP, saving me a load of dosh AND getting unlimited calls for my Mrs.

I think a more descriptive title would enable more people to benefit though.....

Account specific

cant see 'change my sim' option in myBT, just an upgrade option, shame

I have Broadband and Mobiles with this lot and my bill seems to be creeping up slowly, could be time to make a call and waffle on about leaving them!

I phoned up about the Infinity 1 to Infinity 2 free upgrade posted on another thread a few weeks back and they knew nothing about it. Was put on hold for ages and then was fobbed off with "we will be rolling it out slowly across different regions in the coming weeks"................nothing since

My option was under 'Your Package' and then 'Broadband Offer'. Then follow the mobile options and there are a list of 20 or so tariffs, the £0.00 was about half way down.

Seems it may be account specific. I have Infinity Broadband, not sure it that makes a difference.

Are you sure it doesn't just mean that you'll need to pay an additional £0 on top of what you already have since you are asking for a 'change' as opposed to a new deal? What deal were you on before?

Not available to me. 500mb unlimited sms/mins is listed as £7 pcm.

You have not been fobbed off. It isn't an upgrade to Infinity2, it is an upgrade of Infinity1 speed to match Infinity2 speed (the Infinity1 55Mbps speed cap is removed). There is a difference, it'll still show Infinity1 on your account, it is being rolled out but only for Infinity1 customers that can achieve more than 55Mbps, if you receive less speed than this you will not get the speed upgrade as your line is not capable of any faster speeds.

I don't 'think' so Josh. The email seems pretty clear. I guess I'll have to wait till my next bill....Fingers crossed. - I was on a 1gb deal. 32393385-azKNB.jpg

Thanks for the info but I don't have a 'Broadband Offer' in 'Your Package' must be specific accounts, tried looking through different browsers too

I am on infinity 1 and have been for 17 months and have 2 sim cards at £10 each per month

The cheapest I can see is £9 month. I have the £12 month package, after £5 discount. I got the gift card (£90) and cashback (£45) already, so i could switch to the cheaper version, and save £36 over the year. Seems worth the saving. Anyone else who has done it too?

fair enough its free but 500mb can be eaten up quickly. I ended up paying £40 one month on my sons account. I did learn pretty quickly that you can cap data spend so if you do go for this bear that in mind.

I got 3 Sims with
Unlimited minutes
Unlimited texts
4GB data
£25 a month for all 3 lines
