Tip if you are looking to purchase a quality pair of shoes.

Charles Tyrwhitt products and customer service are second to none in my opinion. If you plan to buy some of their excellent shoes then Sign into your account, place the chosen shoes in your basket, exit the site and wait 2 to 3 days. The company will send you an exclusive email offer (valid for 24 hours) which discounts the shoes from between £10 and £30 depending on the chosen product. It also provides free delivery (usually £4.95) and free returns (maybe £4 with Royal Mail) so you could order 2 pairs to get the perfect fit and return the ones you don't want at no cost to yourself.

Quidco etc or other discount codes not available as the link within the email takes you to an exclusive web page where the promotion code box is greyed out.

I can only vouch for their Suits, Shirts, Ties and Shoes. I'm afraid when it comes to socks mine are all black and all from ASDA !!

bought lots of casual shirts from them and they are great quality and CS is great too..

anyone know about the quality? where are they made?
Hmm they are not half bad, Goodyear welted and decent construction. I'm guessing made in India unless anyone knows better

OP they sound like a thoroughly decent company and if you're very happy with them then why publicise this way to screw them out of a few quid?
Then again, I didnt know CT made shoes and now I'm on the verge of buying. Looks like I just talked myself out of whatever point I was trying to make

Their shirts are great but shoes are terrible quality. I have had two pairs which faded, the insoles became loose and laces broke after a month. Customer service was great, they sent me the second pair for free but they lasted a similar amount of time.
