There's more to Lauren Child than Charlie and Lola? and they're all here to meet you! There's Clarice Bean, a sassy, confident and utterly delightful school-aged girl and her brother Kurt who's intent on saving trees. There's the frightfully, frightfully rich Hubert Horatio who needs to help sort out his parents' bad spending habits; and a homeless rat, with no shame, who wants to find the perfect home. And of course, you can't forget Charlie and Lola, the fabulous siblings who add wit and hilarity to even the most domestic of scenes.

Set titles and authors :
Clarice Bean - That's Me * Beware of the Storybook Wolves * I Am Not Sleepy and I Will Not Go To Bed

I Am Too Absolutely Small for School * That Pesky Rat * Hubert Horatio: Bartle Bobton-Trent

I Will Not Ever Never Eat a Tomato * Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Book? * My Uncle is a Hunkle says Clarice Bean by
What Planet are You From Clarice Bean?

oh sh!t I forgot about that.

Fantastic - my son's just started getting into Charlie and Lola.

Thanks - great price. My daughter loves Charlie and Lola

Wow, great deal, didn't need to use the code as I spent over £85 on books! These were mainly in the 'collections' catergories where the biggest savings are made. Will keep the kids entertained for a while.

Was really tempted by the The Asterix Collection - 10 Books for a tenner rrp £99, are these rrp's real or just made up ones?

They are usually the jacket price printed on the back, I doubt anyone ever buys at the price though.

What age range are these books aimed at as I'm thinking of buying for a 7 year old for :santa:? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

cheers for that my little one loves books

Charlie & Lola is on Cbeebies, which I think is aimed at 1-5 yr olds, I'm sure a 7 yr old would still enjoy the books though
The stories are lovely for telling at bedtimes- my three year old makes me "Do the voices"

Thanks very much for that OP - DD will love these I went a bit mad and got loads. I love that website - how scary that I'm buying :santa: presents already!!!!

Many thanks for your comment juliet_bravo and on your recommendation, I've ordered!

Superb deal and great website. Ive been looking for some good books for my 3 year old and now these are on the way. Also, ive been after the collection of Usbourne Phonics books as my little girl loves the couple we have. They are brilliant for under 5's. Now I find the full collection for the price of one book thanks to you

I'd reccomend this deal to everyone to go along with the other deal. :w00t:

Charlie and Lola went down great with the year one class (5-6 year olds) I taught last year, I'm sure older children (me included would like them too). Beware the story book wolves is the only other one I've read, it's aimed at a slightly more mature audience than Charlie and Lola, 7 would be ideal.

I'm 32 and never get tired of reading Charlie and Lola to my 4 year old. My 6 and 9 year old nephews really enjoyed them too.

Like BarneyL, the only other book I've read to my 4 year old is Beware of the Storybook wolves, I think it did frighten him a little.

You also accrue points when you buy books which you can spend on the site. I have about £9 so far. When you get a certain number of points (I forget how many I had) you also get access to a VIP section which allows you to view certain offers before the masses. I don't know if all my sons friends are happy with books as birthday presents though!

I was going to buy because my daughter loves Charlie and Lola but the wife pointed out that there are only 3x Charlie and Lola books in the pack. Suddenly I am put off as I don't know what she thinks of the other books. Still a good buy though, but would appeal to me more if they were all Charlie and Lola.

Excellent deal free delivery code worked too!
Thanks
