Just found this after coming across a 'du Pape' at Sainsbury's for the same price. No idea which is best (if either), so thought I would post this too and see how the voting goes! Not sure what date this one ends, sorry. Do let me know if you see it anywhere.

I know. Wrote a bit more about that when I posted the Sainsbury's one a few minutes ago:

Good stuff this like, was £7.50 last year so I'm hanging fire to see if it happens again.

Yeah, I think I got that one last time. Was it on a buy 6 and get 25% off at Tesco deal or something?

Not so special. An OK wine trading off the back of a great name.

Any recommendations on any current deals? Always looking to try something new...

For the money, Aldi's Toro Loco Reserva at £4.99 is pretty hard to beat in that particular price bracket IMHO.

If you want to splash the cash, then you could try their Barolo at £9.99 which will probably give you a better bang for your buck than the lottery of finding a decent CNdP.

Hope this helps...:)

Thanks...last time I was in my nearest Aldi, I came out saying it was like one of the circles of hell and vowed to stick to Lidl. However, might be worth a trip to the next nearest one to try some of these!

Yes, try Lidl Gran Reserva 2006 Baturrica @ £4.99
