It maybe but if you take into account that these will likely last long enough that they could be used by for the next 30+ years, they can be resoled if needed and they also offer a refurbishment service for a fee.

I would rather pay £300+ for shoes that I know are good quality, using real leather and can be reconditioned than £100 for a pair that claim to use leather but are in reality a some low grade pleather and would start to crack on the sole or split by the toe line at some point and then you will need to replace them every few years.

Absolutely! Just passing along the deal as it’s a cracker.

I know full well it will get absolutely freezing in here but if I’d have had the money, I’d have been very thankful for the deal. Hopefully someone out there will be.

Cheers

This is a great reduction, and despite the fact that I would never pay it, it should not be being voted cold.

Great reduction. Worth spending more on shoes and boots and getting them reheeled or even resoled when the time comes. Reheeled some Ted Baker boots after a year and they are practically new again. £9.50 vs buying new boots. The ones on here would by far out perform the Ted Baker’s I have.

Learned the hard way not to buy cheap(er) shoes and boots in the past.

Yeah but the thing is you don't need to spend £300 to get high quality leather boots. Nor does £100 only buy you 'pleather.' I bought a pair of Docs for £60 not long ago (Docs problem is their soles that wear down, however)

I'm not saying these aren't nice boots or it's a decent deal, but don't be under the illusion that you can't get quality boots for a lot less

Yeah, I agree, pleather boots are £30. £100 should get you a decent quality pair - I'm not convinced a £300 pair would be 3x better.
£100 would probably buy you corrected grain with a Blake stitch or cemented soles and certainly not lined in sheepskin or made in England (with perhaps the exception of Loake, maybe).

Anyway, it’s horses for courses!

You could really put the boot in with a pair of these. Stomptastic!
Usually, you're just getting boots nicely broken in when they start to look scruffy or fall apart. No problem with these, I'd imagine. They are really lovely boots.
Great deal, hot from me.
Cracking price for a pair of lined boots, made here in UK too. Heat from me.
At least if you can afford these boots your feet won't be cold in here.
I voted hot, these are around the same price as a nice pair of Grensons. Everyone should buy a posh pair of shoes/boots at least once in their life. With these, they will indeed last 30 years and look better and better with every year that passes.
Cracking comments, both good and bad!

I'm going to enjoy my temporary freeze this evening!

Most sizes in this model have now gone so if anyone grabbed the deal from here, wear them in good health!

Cheers
