Bargain! Shame it's not feasible for me to travel that far just to watch a movie at the cinema.

Great price our local. Vuevstarted cheap tickets on Monday, then three weeks in they changed it to you have to book online before you go or it was full price. It was mayhem Scottish school holiday and parents going ape at the staff (not their fault)

great deal heat from me xx

Parents "going ape"?! Like In King Kong ? Wow. Love to see that!

This is the price cinema tickets should be in my opinion.

In Cardiff I recommend the Premier Cinema.

Its £3 with a student card (£4 without as mentioned), there's a loyalty scheme where your 6th visit is free, it's on Meerkat movies and the drinks/snacks are actually fair prices!

Love your phrase are these sayings dying out?? I said to my 32 yo friend recently ' oh, for 2 pins I wouldn't bother going' He looked at me totally bewildered
Heat added op

wish that's the price in my loal cineworld

One hour west in Swansea we have Odeon and Vue who charge extortionate prices.

Just out of interest I checked my local Cineworld - bargain price of £12.60 for what (last time was I was in there) was a disappointing film viewing experience (smaller than the norm screen, poor sound quality, and I feel sorry for cinema goers when its busy and they get the dregs of the seating that is so close to the screen all you'd be watching is the actor's/actress's feet for 90 mins+).

Fair play on Cineworld to drop prices on a local basis.

Bargain. Just will cost you £592 to park

I still see £3.60

Wish they had competition in Newport, but they must have spent crazy money to get into Friars walk as well. With no other cinema chain nearby they are charging through the roof.

I still see £3.60

It's £3.60 online. That includes a 70p booking fee. It's £2.90 for walk ins.

Have to agree with you on premier cinema, since it opened back up I haven`t watched a film at any other cinema.

Lsst time I went to a finals it was like £14 for a normal ticket. I'd be there everydsy for this cheap

No expire as far as I know. Trying to compete with other cinema chains in Cardiff city centre.

How can they do this? I thought the prices were the same across the country.

I have a cinepass at £17.90 a month - which at nearly £10 a time is a bargain - going
only twice pays for itself.

But at this reduced price, I could drop the pass and just pay each time I go. Going 5 times in a month
still wouldn't cost the same.

Next Wednesday on Three Wuntu will have free cineworld ticket codes (50p online booking fee).

Those are some outstanding prices. One of my local charges £10 plus blockbuster fees(!)

Yeh they shouldn't be the same price as buying the movie on blu ray, defeats the point of "rental"

Clacton (Essex) has an independant cinema. Tickets are £2.50 in the week and £3.50 weekends.

Has anyone tried this recently. Online it’s nearly £5/ ticket again.
