Just spotted these flights and it looks like quite a good deal with Norwegian

Depart from Gatwick: 1st March 6:10am £139.90
Return: 5th March 11:20am £104.90

Various dates available as it looks like similar prices throughout Feb and March.

Flight included:
Hand Baggage 10kg

for £50 extra each way you can add:
20kg Checked Luggage
On board meals
Seat Reservation

This brings the flight price up to £344.80 if you wanted it - still quite a good deal!

Been at this price for literally 3 months now, it's just their standard rate for this route I reckon. Also I think bags are £50 each way, so you're looking at nearly £350 return.

When I added the bags it just went for the extra £50 not each way. Thats a brilliant standard price if true! Goes up from April obv
Great price
To anyone who has never been in February or early March before do not underestimate how cold it is!
checked luggage is definitely £50 each way, as you have to choose LowFare+ for this and that applies to both flights, so do not take it on one flight and not the other
This is about right it was £1400 for 3 of us and hotel with breakfast for 5 nights.

I've been end of Feb till start march 2017 and Dec 30th till 4th Jan and never found it as cold as it says it is due to the amount of walking... If you go up the Empire state etc and standing around then yes its cold.
Below Budget airline at its worse! You have to pay for drinks (even water!!), food, entertainment! And rude unhelpful trolley dollies! And £50 each way for baggage! Way better airlines to chose from than this lot! No thanks!

To be fair for the £50 you get seat allocation baggage AND two meals..
Any nice but cheap hotel in New York ...I want to go but don’t want to extortionate hotel prices for the privilege lol

We stayed in the Edison near Times Square in February, it was great and very convenient. We flew with Norwegian too.
Good price but I would recommend a different airline. Rude staff and always seem to be bloomin late.
I thought they was cancelling all their Transatlantic routes from Ireland because they own a lot of the Boeing 737 Max planes.

I would think very careful before booking from London

I thought it was between Ireland and the US only? It won’t let me click on your link though

Yeah but at £200 return you can't really complain can you. If you paid the standard £500+ then maybe you'd have a case.

Exactly this. Don't book unless you have hotels, annual leave etc. that you can cancel. They're losing money hand over fist renting aircraft to operate these routes, they will dump them well before Feb if they can't use the 737s before then. Yes you will get a refund but not much good if you've paid for other things as well - plus they'll have had your money in their account for a few months paying the bills.

Couldn’t disagree more with this comment! Had probably the best cabin crew I’ve had with Norwegian flying Belfast to NY late last year, and another good one to Vegas earlier this year too. Yes, it’s a budget airline, you’re going to pay for anything extra outside of the seat itself (that’s the whole idea of it being “budget”), but the seats are comfy with ample leg room (I’m 6’ 4”), the back-of-seat entertainment system is great and from memory free (and much better than some of the “posher” airlines I’ve flown with) and when you do need to buy something like food, drink or duty free, you can do it all through the back-of-seat screen that even has a card reader included in it so it’s minimal fuss! Love Norwegian and IMO the service + price point is honestly hard to beat

Go to Boots before / bring your own food and take an iPad/book? It's hardly a mega long flight.
