Amazon have now price matched this

thanks for great news
This Toothbrush is amazing though it doesn't last forever. I've had a few over the years. At this price, I'm tempted to order and keep as a spare.
I came here to post, as I've had this on Camel Camel Camel pricewatch for years...
wouldn't it be more cost effective to buy the standard model and just buy the heads?
amazon price is now £100
Yep, it's gone!

Oh yes it is, by a mile
Thanks OP, ordered one.
Any better than the high-end Braun/Oral-B models?
What's better, this or the "FlexCare Platinum" which is apparently reduced from £225 to £56? Is there even any difference?

This by a mile.
A word of advice if you buy one of these - don't use the cheap Chinese brushes. As Philips now press the toothbrush holder in on splines the cheap brushes fit too tight and pull the end off when you changes brushes.
Great price on this
The DiamondClean (and FlexCare Platinum) have the same 31,000 brushstrokes per minute as the HealthyWhite, and even the more basic EasyClean models. You're paying extra for more bells and whistles - the battery will still die after a few years and I'd imagine they all do the same job.

If you're strapped for cash, get the EasyClean. I went for the pink HealthyWhite at £25 a few weeks ago - my third, and my dentist definitely noticed the difference when I moved to sonic brushes!

As for the UV Sanitiser, I bought one for around a tenner when a seller on ebay had a batch. The jury is out as to whether they are actually beneficial.

What's the advantage of buying from Lewis and how to ask for a price match? Thanks

By 10 miles. I would never go back to OralB.
Avoid buying this model, had 4 of these in the last 14 months, battery just goes dead !, Phillips have replaced but it's been a hassle.

How is it better at cleaning? It has the same 31,000 brush strokes as the lower models. The extra settings are just fewer strokes than that , not more.
I have this toothbrush. Its great.
I paid £110 for the black one of these for my bf for Christmas
