Looks like my Logitech mouse lol

Is the range really as good as it states?

not really sure what you mean by "the range" or where "it states" :? but this is a great wireless mouse - the build quality is nice and solid considering the price (at half the price of the recently posted Logitech nano mouse, it's a steal IMO)

That. If i'm sitting say 4m will I still get a good signal or will it stutter, obviously assuming a fairly clean area, no other interference. Basically, is it as good as it reports to be.

The thing I dont like about travel mice is that they are pretty bulky height wise and is a lump in the laptop bag. There was a BenQ one a while back that collapsed on itself so it was about a centimeter in height in storage. But sadly it didnt function well...

So what's the answer?

So what's the answer?

I've never actually used the mouse more than a few inches away from my netbook! Just tried it from approx. 4m away and it was fine (couldn't see much on the screen though!). I'm not able to go any further back than 4m where I am

Does this still requires battery? AA or AAA

Just wondering whats the battery life like, I know microsoft ones say up to 6 months (depending on usage)

That was quick - seems to be out of stock already!

Purchased, hot.

Shame its out of stock but i still placed an order for it, hopefully i can get one sent when there back in stock lol

I bought the BenQ one when it was on here a few weeks ago. Terrible mouse. I had to change the batteries every 7 - 10 days. Now looking for a replacement.

looks nice can do with a mouse for my nc10

the logitech nano works from other end of the house, only know that because my flat mates always make me think the computers broken when they move it about, sad thing is, it gets me every time!

what are your flat mates doing with your logitech at the other end of the house if you're on the computer?? surely you would be using it yourself??

Shame...I am using the same one for the last 16 months and have no problem....with a fantastic battery life I am pretty chuffed.

OP, please advise what kind of batteries this mouse takes and how many. Also kindly comment on the battery life. Thanks.

it takes 1 AA battery

Looks good, but after using one of the Logitech VX Nano mice I have grown used to using a wheel with sideways tilt to move scroll bars left and right in spreadsheets, etc, and also the high speed scroll wheel which can spin freely through long documents. Sadly, this Cherry mouse does not have those features, but voted hot as it still looks like a good deal.

I'm really tempted to get one of these but am unsure about the build quality. Can anybody who has one vouch for the quality of the mouse?

1 x AA battery. I can't really comment on battery life as I've only had it for 2 days

it's not rubbish! trust me - it's a really nice mouse.

Just ordered, thanks.

Its currently out of stock but usually they still send out once they get them in

does the RAC discount still work? if yes, how to please

The RAC discount didn't work for me, I think PLAY have caught on..

did anyone that ordered while 'out of stock' get one?
it doesn't seem to be available to order now so i think it might stay in limbo forever

Just got mine now and using it as I type. Its very responsive and almost exactly the same shape as my logitech vx revolution! Not quite as well built as the logitech, and lacks the free spinning wheel as well as side scroll and zoom, but very pleased for the money! Better than the logitech in terms of dpi and also receiver size is much smaller!
Have been looking for ages for an asymmetric mouse with a nano receiver, so very happy!

My order is awaiting stock. Seems like play - wont be getting any more of these anytime soon.

I think the product has even disappeared from their site.

yeah never got mine either
