Thank you @jsophiex for the feedback
Was a great balance bike for my 2-3 year old. Really good for younger/smaller kids where a heavier bike makes it so much harder - especially when they have to lug it back up a slope. This was the lightest we could find without going down the very expensive Islabike/Frog route which I couldn't justify for a balance bike (but would strongly recommend for 1st pedal bike).Couple of things to mention though... The paintwork on this chips and scratches like no other bike I've seen - even if your kid is careful with it, it will have obvious scrapes after day 1. Secondly, I'd worry about older kids on these. My wee one was read to move to her pedal bike before she was 4 but any kid starting to use these aged 4/5 (which may still be possible size wise) would likely be so strong/powerful and able to get up such a speed that the lack of brake would be a concern - from both safety and shoe-wear!

But for a 3 year old starting out I can't recommend this highly enough.
