Have u tried puting something of urs like a top or some sort under child or near well obvsly away from face . Maybe child os used to you and hates to be in the cot :(my kids have done that with me

Bought two for my twin daughters.. kinda hit and miss with these. I'd recommend buying a second hand one for half the price.

Oh I've got one for my new baby- not yet used it but these comments are worrying me.

Bought one and plan to use it with a sleepyhead...

I got this for £150 from boots for my second daughter. Used up until she was 9 months. It was a godsend for me because feeding and putting her to sleep was so easy as compared to the normal 60x120 wooden cot I got for my first daughter.

we gave ours back. little one hated it. to be honest not surprised. the mattress that came with it was really hard and uncomfortable. bought smallest cot
from toys r us, their top of the range mattress and kept one side of the cot off and shoved it next to our bed. worked perfectly just like a next to me.

Don't be put off.. These are great, particularly if in the early months they are used with a Sleepyhead

Yes I bought the sleepyhead too hoping it works as v expensive!

We picked up a second hand Sleepyhead from eBay...

One of the best things we bought

Brilliant if you have a bad back & struggle lifting baby out

I thought these had been banned after a baby died when it got trapped … I thought these had been banned after a baby died when it got trapped between the cot and the adult bed

Did you read that in the Daily Mail?
1 brand of this style of cot required a modification - that's it...

There were safety issues with the older model with the front guard folding down in half I believe. There are free as approves provided by the manufacturer if you don't have them with second hand ones. It was in the papers not too long ago where a baby died.

Whee did you get yours please? X
