These cribs have amazing reviews, never tried one myself but my niece has & thoroughly recommends using one. On offer at Tesco down from £179 / £189 to £149 / £159 (depending on colour) which in itself is a great price BUT at the moment they are offering an Extra 1000 Clubcard points at checkout.

Sleep safely next to your little one with the Chicco Next 2 Me Bedside Crib. Allowing your child to sleep in their cot but still feel like they are sleeping directly next to you, the Next 2 Me Bedside Crib helps you bond more easily, as well as making nighttime breastfeeding more comfortable. If needed, the crib can also be moved away from your bed and used as a standard crib.

Great for use at home or while away on holiday, the Next 2 Me bedside crib is light and easy to transport in its own travel bag. The Chicco Next 2 Me Bedside Crib features a zip down side panel, 2 fastening straps and 6 adjustable height positions, allowing you to easily connect the crib to your bed. The incline of the cot can also be adjusted to help congestion during colds or reflux. The cot is easy to move thanks to its 2 wheels, which can be locked and secured when needed.

A rounded and cocooning shape helps encourage a good night’s sleep for both you and baby. With 3 soft padded sides, and an additional mesh side for improved ventilation and easy visibility, the Chicco Next 2 Me Bedside Crib provides comfort and support for your little one. The cot also comes with a supportive memory foam mattress and removable and washable linings.

Suitable from birth to approximately 6 months of age (max. 9kg/20 Ibs) or when your little one can pull themselves up into the upright position.

Assembled dimensions: H66/81xW93xD69cm.

Just in case anyone wnats a cheaper alternative I got the Babylo Cozi Sleeper last month and am very pleased with it, I haven't seen the Chicco one so I can't compare, but they look pretty similar in pictures, apart from the colour.

It's gone up to £99.99 at Smyths now and is only available for store collection, but is available at quite a few of them.
