Find it for a fiver NOW and your point is valid.

i voted cold - looking to cite asda - or even game bogof - but couldnt find cheaper... so changed my mind and voted hot.

It's not only about what's currently cheapest. The community also considers recent lows, or the 'going rate'. This being £10 when it's recently been £5 means this is a cold deal.

How's that work then, can you change your vote? (_;)

My point is valid anyway, as everyone who got it yesterday (like me) will agree

The price on this thread is a 79% increase on yesterday's price, cannot be classed as a good deal !

I never said it was a bad price - just reasoning why others might vote it cold.

Just for the record I didn't vote either way...

IMO it's a decent deal. ASDA had a 1 day thing discounting it but that deal has expired so this shouldn't be voted cold as you can't get it for £5 now. I think it's harsh to vote cold on this.

I'm sure TomTom101 would love to borrow your time machine then so he can travel back to yesterday and bag himself a copy!

Don't agree with this either. When the cheapest price changes, so too does the 'going rate'. I got myself an Xbox 360 this time last year in amazon's Black Friday for £50 - does that mean they're only worth that now? Work it out....

1 year or 1 day, it makes no difference. The past is the past, and unless you have the means to return to it then there should be no case for argument.

Personally I think if it's the cheapest you can currently buy it then it's a hot deal.
