Thanks for this

Fabulous film, which for once had my normally "chatting" during films wife shut the hell up for the duration!
...was snowboarding last year with one of the stunt-guy's (hi Lofty if you frequent this site) ..great performances, lot's of irony, gritty film that will keep you there till the end credits, some people hate the lead actor saying he's wooden, but in this he excels.
Get it you won't regret it.
Watch out this is the way the world is going if you care to look on the horizon!
Was amazed to find it was a PD James work! (as I recall) ..which only increased my admiration.
The "camp" scenes are heavily remniscent of WW2 ghetto's, it's cheap film at it's best, proving once more that great films don't necessarily mean a billion dollar budget!

Totaly agree with all the above, excellent film

Again 'Great Film'.

Top quality picture for DVD, also watch out for the scene in the car as they travel to the south coast, great camera work.
