sorry, my bad. just ordered, thanks for your post

nice one op.

will this fit most door frames?

will this fit most door frames?

only fits 1 out of a possible 4 in my house. Well worth the money when up tho.
My right hand grip and the support rubber has now perished on my current one, 2 years old tho.

Absolutely terrible as a chin up bar, trust me, useless unless u have 15ft high door frames (or youre under 4ft tall)

however, excellent for use with doing a full range of all types of push ups

Really? I'm 5'11 door frame is 7ft.

Try bending your knees, puts more focus on your core

should only need 4 to 5ft for a chin up, unless your over 10ft tall X)

Perfect,my 13 year old has requested one of these for Christmas :-)

I have one of these and i'm 6foot2 with 7 foot door frames. Not a problem at all. If you get some straps you can do leg raises as well.

And dont worry about it damagind the door frame, they distribute the weight very effectively.

What nonsense lol.
Don`t you have any knees which enable your legs to bend?
Great price for this as it looks the same as my Iron Gym which cost me £12

Go through checkout and before you actually 'pay' there's a box on the right hand side that says 'I have a promotional code'

"Transform your doorway into a gym" ROFL

You want to do chin-ups? Then you want to do wide grip ones. Why, because that's what Rambo does.

Thanks op just ordered one!!!

Currently got a Powerbar, but can't use it in this house as the two hooks damage the plaster above the doorframe. I take it this is better at spreading the load and causing less damage thanks to using a bar, not hooks, on the doorframe?

EDIT: Just saw Burko's post, nevermind. Ordered, thanks.

Thanks for the heads up andywedge, ordered!

Seems a good deal but 100kg weight limit cuts it a little too close for me, might opt for something sturdier

Hmm I have a spare Iron Gym, maybe I should try and sell it..postage might be a bitch tho

will this be ok to use on plaster board walls?

I have one of these, used for a month and then stopped.. Like most home gym equipment i buy. lol

It did dent my door frame though where the bar rests on either side of the frame, becuase the protective foam wears off after a few uses.

I've used mine for over a year, it bent after a couple of weeks but the bend isn't getting any more extreme so keep using it - it was shipped without bolts so had to source my own and the plastic end caps fell out in no time.
Does the job though..and about what you'd expect for £7.99

Excellent deal, ordered.

Thanks

Have one already, bought this one as a spare.
Thanks

Thanks OP, ordered.

I got one of these and the parts were manufactured wrong and didn't fit together. I told them which parts I needed and they sent a new full unit with different parts that wouldn't fit together. I told them and they sent me a third unit, with more parts that didn't fit together. Thankfully, as a result of getting all three, I was able to use all three boxes to build a unit that fit together. If anybody has the same problem I have a LOT of spares lol

had the same with the powerbar(got no end of grief on that one!)
this doesnt cause damage IME

Why cant I find the code input?. Im signed in, its not on delivery page and not on order summary page and dont want to press confirm order yet.

Found it, it doesnt appear in the bike lights checkout im looking at, even though the code is for outdoors.

Lame, 10% off outdoors and sports, then why doesn't the code work on most of the items?.

This brings back memories, I had one of these in the 1980's on my bedroom door frame.
Unfortunately the bar gave way while I was using it and I fell down a flight of stairs hurting my back.
They are probably made of much sterner stuff these days.

Heat! Ordered not for chin/pull ups, rather leg raises.

these things are great gone one 6 months back , starting to see results now , dont expect great things over night , but if you stick at it you will.

Same goes with any workout, if you keep at it you will see results. Hardest part with home gym stuff is to remember to do it and to actually have the will power to continue doing it.

Thank you, perfect stocking filler for man in my life!

I've tried the promo code (DOTDSANDO) but it does not work, any ideas?
