Chivas Highball

Ingredients: 50ml Chivas 12, 150ml soda water and orange zest to garnish Directions: Add Chivas 12 into a highball glass, add 100ml of soda, then slowly fill the glass to the top with ice. Add the remaining soda and give it a small stir to make sure it's mixed. Add a little more ice to make sure it's full and compact for best quality then garnish with orange zest.

Rob Roy

Ingredients: 50ml Chivas 12, 25ml sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters and a cherry to garnish

Directions: Stir all ingredients together with ice in a mixing vessel then strain into a chilled martini glass. Finish by garnishing with a cherry and the orange zest.

Elderflower Highball

Ingredients: 40ml Chivas 12, 15ml elderflower cordial, 140ml soda water and lemon zest, to garnish

Directions: Add Chivas and cordial to a highball glass and fill to the top with ice. Add in the soda water and give it a small stir to blend ingredients. Finish off by garnishing with a lemon zest.

Our roots go back over 200 years to the opening of a luxury grocery shop at 13 King St, Aberdeen in 1801. This emporium sold exotic goods and a uniquely smooth Scotch whisky, hand blended by James and John Chivas, for a wealthy clientele that included Queen Victoria.

Generosity was always at the heart of the Chivas Brothers' success. They shared the fruit of their success with the local church and the Royal infirmary.
