teaching a kid is much harder than not having a candle. I prefer jarred candle, it just feels safer

yes you should teach children, however I think in this case if someone is happier to err on the side of caution and not have the worry and risk at all then its up to them, lovely item and heat added however I wouldn't buy as I have pets x

I think it is better to have a candle and teach pets..... LOL

I thought this was going to be a candle for the Christmas tree :-(

I have 5 grandchildren ( 10 years down to 21 months ) and 2 dogs

we have a stand on the fireplace that holds 6 candles, regularly lit

Then these same parents wonder why their kids walk all over them, and end up on the dole smoking pot all day, god help us if there is ever a war !! heat added and 2 candles ordered c&c

I've got a couple of similar candles. I don't light them just use them as decorations, and get them out each year. Cheapskate I know.
If I had very young children I wouldn't bother having candles lit, accidents happen even if you are careful.
Each to their own.
