There's still delivery slots left on these too

Back again this year! I've checked when you can have it delivered and the earliest is the 19th Dec and latest looks to be 22nd, which isn't bad at all and saves freezing stuff. Probably good for those that aren't keen on running around like a headless turkey in super packed supermarkets, this just lands at your door and voila.

I'll probably go for it this time, I didn't before as there were only 2 of us for Christmas day, but family over this time around

Use code - XMASDELIVERY- If not wanting text alerts, you can opt out which brings it to £45

Cracking deal.

Had one a few years back turkey looked like road kill.
Can’t comment on this specific deal but I had a Musclefood pack of various steaks, burgers, meatballs etc. and the meat was too variable in quality. I’d have one tender steak followed by one that was like chewing an old boot for example. Didn’t matter which cut (there were several types) and I could cook two steaks at the same time and one would be fine and the other have bits I just couldn’t chew. To be honest despite it being marketed as high protein and healthy it’s hard to do quality meat unless you pay a decent amount. I wouldn’t risk your Christmas Day on this
Ordered once from Musclefood and never again! You could sole your shoes with the steaks they ended up in the bin! I'll stick to Costco for my meat!

10 pigs in blankets for 6-8 people? No way they're all mine! At least you get extra chipolatas so you can make extra ones.
Had this last year and the turkey was amazing. Order from muscle food all the time. Always quality meat and great service. Have some heat for this great deal

The Christmas hamper last year was great but included much more than this year's deal. Although we have already reordered for this year.

I have to agree with others that have had bad experiences with their steaks. We have found them very hit and miss, sometimes they are lovely and sometimes so tough they are inedible. I found their customer service department unprofessional and unwilling to realise the extent of the issue.
There's a last minute deal going now for £40 inc postage but no veggies... I am quite tempted but don't know whether to go for it or not? musclefood.com/las…per
As with others I have had poor experiences with the steaks (although some very good experiences). I also like my steaks to actually have some fat on mine, whereas these tend not to.

The Xmas dinner is generally really good - I have ordered three times before and again this year - but there was a fiasco a couple of years ago when no food turned up for hundreds of people on the designated delivery day (I think it was corrected - certainly was for me and I actually ended up with 2 turkeys!).

I've not gone with this deal as had already ordered another of the hampers, but certainly the turkey has always been good when I have used before.
Apologies but I can't see how to get this for £45, it's £5 postage. Is there some way to get the postage free?
I've had nothing but great meat from MF and I've been ordering for years now, the Chicken Breasts are great and no water at all.
Just go to the supermarket Christmas eve when selling everything off I'm sure youll get for a fraction of the cost of this.

If you're lucky. We've done that before, but you've got to be prepared to take what you find - you might end up with a turkey crown, or a couple of ducks, or maybe a goose. Supermarkets are getting better at predicting what they can sell so the shelves are often getting quite empty on Christmas eve.

Used to buy chicken breasts from them but stopped buying from them in 2016 as the chicken starting coming from Romania. Don't know if that's changed? And not sure if that included their other meat

If it helps, I don't think the veggies should sway your opinion. We ordered the turkey hamper last year and it was nice, however all the veggies come unprepared which I wasn't expecting, especially a whole red cabbage just placed in the box!

Unfortunately not, they still source their chicken from outside the UK.

How much the chicken breast in Costco ?
this is rubbish.

tiny, non free range turkey £13
2kg of sausages, £10
800g of bacon £4
2kg of potatoes 60p
1kg carrots 50p
500g sprouts £1
cabbage 80p
stuffing + gravy £2

no way worth £50
Great if you're not fussed about welfare standards. The UK has the highest food standards in Europe, which increases costs because farms are limited to how many animals can be reared per square metre. Muscle Food sources most of their meat from Eastern Europe, Denmark, Brazil, Thailand etc where these standards do not apply and more animals can be reared per metre.

Don't fall for their clever marketing - e.g the video of 1 of their British suppliers, they don't show you is the 50 foreign ones! Note that the origin isn't specifically mentioned anywhere on their cheap meat for a reason. It is unethical, misleading and certainly shouldn't be legal.
