Does this need a professional plumber to fix?

Nah, just stick it to the wall with grab adhesive and connect to the copper pipe with bits of hosepipe.

Wouldn't these rust like most bathroom chrome accessories I've ever had? Stainless steel a far better albeit at more expensive option?

We've had this fitted in our bathroom for 4 years and not a hint of rust.

That looks really nice. Do you have a direct link to show details/price as your link only shows the photo. Thanks.

We actually got it off ebay from iBathUK but their Amazon listing is, bizarrely, much cheaper now.

Really does look very stylish. Loads of sizes to choose from.

How did you find the ibathuk experience. I'm looking to buy 3 suites and they seem to be one of the most popular sellers on ebay, if not the most? What was the quality of the product? Thanks

Snap!
How's this company for the quality of the products? Looking to buy 3 suites and want to ideally get everything from one supplier. I just have to double take as the online prices at many ebay retailers is soo much cheaper than the famous High Street stores. Makes me think is it cheaper quality or something?
Standard Delivery
£83.95

I kid you not.

my bad, looked just the same as one in-store that was just a screw to wall job.. just saw the delivery is around £25 average, so the price seems normal!

Ordered a fair few items from them (radiators, taps, thermostatic shower etc) and no complaints. A bathroom tap was missing a part and they sent one next day. That tap has also been in the bathroom 4 years and performs faultlessly. The chrome coating is very very good. It cost 45 quid and the one we got for the kitchen (a 'posh' branded, much more expensive make bought from Amazon on Black Friday 2 years later is already falling to bits!). You don't always get what you pay for!

I'm sure I read that they are now part-owned by the World's biggest plumbing supplies company (Wolseley?)

That fills me with confidence. Their prices are low which always makes me wonder on quality. They have some very good items for great prices. Thanks for your response B

But you read their trustpilot reviews and they aren't good at all! I can only comment on my personal experience at the end of the day. Maybe do a small test order and see?

Tbh ain't read trust pilot review. Victoria plum seems to have great trust pilot reviews. I guess no company has 100% customer satisfaction.

Looks like I'll be ordering from Victoria plum after sales in the online world is what is crucial for me and VP seems to have very very good trust pilot reputation. Their prices are competitive too compared to the bricks and mortar shops locally.
I used IBath recently and found them great. But this was after visiting a new local showroom Soak.com. Founf 2 vertical rabs we wanted and looked online to compare prices and found IBath and there photos was exactly the same as Soak.com but prices alot cheap with Ibath saved arounf £100 buying through Ibath. Turns out they are the same company and based at the same address.

also when buying throung Amazon did say about carriage but when checking out no carriage was added.
Excellent price. Heat added. I have 4 kids and no space to put the title so this will replace the rusting radiator nicely.
