Is it just me or does the design of this look deliberately somewhat like the iconic beats logo stamped on products?
Good concept and item let down by a very flaky wifi multiroom functionality. Bought six of them for £15 and definitely worth at that price but not for any more (would rather pay £19 for pure jongo A2).

It's supposed to be a record with the Google logo in the middle.

Can you elaborate? I've just bought 2 of these for kitchen and living room, and to be honest I won't be using multiroom much, but I had hoped it would be a usable option.

It should hopefully work for you with 2 devices not very far away from the main router. My feeling is that even a slightly weaker wifi signal and especially with more devices, that even if one unit is faltering then then whole multiroom system will start cutting up. The chromecast android app is also very hit and miss, picking the units up on most but not all the time, which I guess could also be related to the above issue.I ended up getting the ethernet adapter for the furthest unit which seems to have eased the problem a little bit but not completely cured it which is what had led me to believe that the multiroom thing is not as robust as I had hoped it would be..

OK, thanks. Sounds like it might be OK for my use case. But with a bit of luck they'll release a firmware update to address the flakeyness.

The set up works fine for me with multiroom. no drop outs. in an old building with thick walls.

What app or program are using mostly to cast your music from? I find casting from Chrome (Tab Casting) and from TuneIn Radio to be particularly problematic but not as much from google music (although still not perfect).

To me it looks like a vinyl LP with the Chrome Logo in the middle.
Anyone know where I'd get these with EU plug?

I use Google music and the BBC iPlayer apps via my phone.
