When you say "last free rental," what do you mean? The one from a couple of weeks ago, or from late last year?

Edit: Just tried it, and "The code that you entered has already been redeemed." So looks like it's the same promotion from a few weeks ago.

Works for me a 2nd time, not the same as offer before.

Add another google account to your phone and try it that way, not brain science

tried it said already redeemed so tried a different google account and ... it said already redeemed, it must be because it sends the chromecasts serial number for the offers

Top tip in case anyone wasn't aware. You can sign into Youtube on consoles etc and view your Google play movie purchases. Saved me dragging my Chromecast all the way downstairs last night, yes I'm lazy

Only showing the offers mentioned before for me too. Free movie rental which I've used and also the free £5 credit for movie rentals, which is still sat in my account.

I don't use my Chromecast any more - useless thing never worked very well, just kept buffering. Tablet works fine from the same spot so it wasn't my wi-fi signal.

bah, code already redeemed for me - must have been the last one a few weeks ago.
