Seems like a decent price given the spec, and even comes with a M.2 expansion slot if you want to add to storage capacity.

Use the code at checkout, shipping via Spain so shouldn't be any additional fees.

Few things to consider before you go ahead
  • Pay by credit card or PayPal (if the option available) so you could be protected in the case if something goes wrong
  • Likely you will have a non-UK charger, and you will need an adapter or an adapter will be attached to your order
  • Use a fee-free card and pay in USD to save a bit more
  • Delivery can sometimes take a long time

Beware the CPU it's an Atom I believe. (this information is kept well away from the description at Ali). Better to get a refurb Geobook/Fivetech with a Pentium N5000 (if there are any left for £100). Failing that an older refurb.

I have a smaller version of this from a few years ago.
Very well built for the price, excellent display and keyboard works fine too.
Mine had emmc storage and that coupled with the Intel Atom x8500 made for a slow machine.
It's great for just using remote access and has decent battery life.
However, it would struggle to play YouTube videos properly so isn't great for media.

Having said that, in this case, you get a bit more than what you pay for (with a win 10 license thrown in too)
Ok its far from perfect but for the price you can't really complain. Coming from Spain so no problem with import duty.

I also have the older Chuwi lapbook (15.6") with the intel Atom (Cherrytrail). It has a few minor good points, a few minor bad points and one major bad point.

Good:
+ Very slim and lightweight
+ Uses a USB plug to charge (but its very slow at charging, so its also a minor bad point)
+ Cheap for a lapbook
+ Screen is 1080p

Minor Bad:
- Cannot upgrade memory or storage
- Not many expansion points, dont think it has a display output (not sure)

Major Bad:
- - it is SO SLOW. like, VERY SLOW. Its not bad at booting into windows, but loading applications, i can feel my hair turning grey while i wait for it!

In hindsight, i would have bought a 2nd hand i5 laptop instead of this and it would have been much quicker.

This lapbook is closer to a cheap Windows 10 tablet such as a Lynx because of the internal components than a cheap laptop (think of it as a tablet that has a bigger, non-touch screen and a built in keyboard)
It is FHD!
Looks like a great laptop for the price.
Hot for full size arrow keys!!

Why do 95% of laptops now have tiny ones with a gap and a ginormous shift key?
I am surprised nobody has picked up on the fact that the keyboard layout will not be UK standard. So many keys will be in unfamiliar places ( £ sign is unlikely to be marked on the keyboard at all ).
Its not clear what layout it will be( i would suspect USA layout is most likely - but with it shipping from Spain who knows )

I'd be well up for that if anyone knew where such a thing existed.
