Chuwi Vi10 Pro - Intel Z3736F Quad Core 10.6" Dual Android/Windows 64GB Storage 2GB RAM 78.93 @ Gearbest EU Warehouse + UK Plug

Found 10th Dec 2015
Comes with Windows 8.1 which is upgradable to Windows 10.

Downside is that the screen is 1366x768 but spec wise, it seems to be better than the Linx 1010B. It's cheaper than the 32GB version and also cheaper than importing this model from China.

2 full sized usb ports at the side which is a plus.

It doesn't mention anything about it in Gearbest description. However, from the review on Techtablets, it said:
"You also get 1 year of office 365 included, but you need to activate it within a few months or you can lose it. Oh and my Office 365 version was in English. This is worth around $60 so not a bad freebie."

So perhaps it's included but I wouldn't be 100% certain of it.

Not sure about Bluetooth keyboards but there's a magnetic keyboard/case that goes with this but appears to be out of stock in EU unfortunately:

How long does it take to be delivered?

Roughly a week I reckon. It might not be dispatched till Monday, since it's Friday now. Should take 3-7 working days for delivery.
DHL and Customs will bill you. In fact DHL will bill you more. For a £55 item i had a bill of near £20 inc the DHL charge.
ARGHHH!

Why post this!

Canceled (Requested) my argos order of the bush one and now ordering this!

Please re-read OP. This item is despatched from a physical EU-based warehouse so no customs / admin fees are applicable.

ordered several things from these guys aliexpess and others never had an issue
Note that this is the outdated model with the older 22nm bay trail atom.

The current V10 (pro?) has the cherry trail atom inside, as well as a display resolution from within this decade.
This is a fantastic deal.
Just be wary if you are ordering this as a gift for Xmas. Even though they say it's in the EU warehouse, it doesn't always seem to be the case and sometimes it's shipped in from China.

Don't lie. The model is not outdated. Cherry trail which I own, only has a benefit of slightly faster graphics, which most wont have any use of.
As for the resolution it's perfectly fine.
I've never seen 10" 64Gb Windows tablet anywhere near this price. Even coming from China.

It's the Vi10 Ultimate that has the updated Cherry Trail. However it keeps the same display resolution as the previous Vi10 models. It's the Hi10 model which has a higher 1920x1200 screen with Cherry Trail though but is currently twice the price.
anyone know where i can buy the official keyboard case for this which ships from the EU? Found this one gearbest.com/tab…tml but its shipping from china.
After alot of research for the price you cant go wrong, just over £70 for this is a steal. ONLY downside i could see is that fact its not 1080p apart from that, processor is insanely quick, 2GB of ram and 64GB storage is freaking awesome. Managed to find a way to root it so will give this a shot and possible stick Jellybean onto this see how that goes. not bad for the money. I got the HP Stream deal months back and hardly ever use the thing. Don't buy for the sake of it unless you have a specific need.

At this price some might see it as Viagra.
Getting £81.60 when I come to purchase? £78ish without the PayPal exchange rate.
Coming up at £78, am I doing something wrong?
How did you get your price OP? Google?
Guessing there aren't any promo codes running to get the £70.31?

Still showing as £70.31 but when added to basket it says "Sorry, flash sale is over." so it appears to have expired.

It wasn't a Google search currency conversion. The price I listed was Gearbest's GBP price. If you pay by debit card, that was the final price. Via Paypal, invoice is USD so the cost would have been higher due to their exchange rates. But either way adding to basket changes it from £70.31 to £78.93 now so expired.
Isn't it £78
Been looking at various Chinese tablets for ages, think mines came out at about £81 with insurance. Thanks op

Now £81.60. Flash sale is over.
Has anyone got this tablet? If so can you check if PayPal here works on the tablet? Only on android
I ordered from the Eu store on the 3rd of Dec, it's still processing apparently. Sent two queries tickets without any response. Just polite when will it be sent on the 7th and on the 9th. I does say I will get a response within 24hrs?
So asked PayPal to get on to it last night. They have suddenly responded stated the item in not in stock despite it still stating in stock online.

Not sure I trust these guys.

Used banggood and geekbuying previously without issue but much the same I suppose.

bought me a note 3 from xiaomi the other day phone was 140 odd and then postage onto, dhl were 15 quid mate
This one looks nice an all but after comparing the two your better off with the Linx 10 for slightly more with the keyboard. Good price though
Dammit just bought the linx 1010b from Amazon yesterday, with this having android as well it would have been the better option....

Would anyone recommend this over the linx?

I ordered a tablet that was showing as in stock from the EU warehouse. It took 12 days to arrive. Clearly it had come from China to their one world handling company in Pump Lane, Hayes. You won't pay any tax or vat, the tracking will be with Yodel, look on 17track.net for tracking.

They don't have a UK warehouse, its just a postage handling company, the sort you would use to import something from USA for example.

Yes, they do have a UK warehouse; I have ordered a few things from there which have been delivered in a couple of days. If not in stock, they still take your money (just in dispute with them at the moment as they will not refund for a phone which they can no longer supply) and ship from China.

As for Pump Lane, I have just had a package from another Chinese supplier which had a Royal Mail tracking number. The returns address for that was also Pump Lane (a dump of a place!) so they must have someone there looking out for a lot of these companies.
